Worst experience of my life. It was one of the worst mistake I have done by paying advance half payment during the online booking. Even basic facilities were missing in room, there was no fan, no mirror, light bulb was not working, electric socket was not working properly due to sparking to charge phones. AC remote and TV remote was not available and when we asked for AC remote reception guy was saying to turn on and off AC manually from switch board, water bottle was not provided, dirty washbasin, dirty toilet, no ventilation in room, broken drawer, we were asking everything to reception to provide water, blanket, handwash soap etc. If you are going to book it just because it is near to Casinos you can book nearby other hotel room there are so many options nearby.

Very near to Casinos but very worst rooms with smell. TV not working, no maintenance, no ac remotes, no tv remotes. Total hotel run by 1 ac remote and 1 tv remote. If I have an option I would rate -2

Worst experience in my entire travel list. I faced lots of issues with the hotel management. I booked this room through online and paid half of the amount. When I visited the room management asked me to pay the remaining amount to see the rooms. When I looked into the room I was shocked, there are no basic facilities like fans and lights.

The worst hotel I have been to. Had booked a month in advance thanks to the misleading pictures used for advertising, but the hotel staff had no clue. Made to wait for an hour at reception. The room was big but it lacked everything in terms of maintenance, cleanliness and care. I was amazed that how such a room even exists in the hospitality capital of our country that too in Panjim. The bed was riddled with paint marks, human fluids and bedbugs. The room was a mosquito paradise. The fans were not working. There were cobwebs on the ceiling and seepage on the walls.The washroom welcomed you with a big paan sputum. The washroom had broken tiles, water leakage and i can't even describe the comode. As it was raining and i had no personal transport had to bear this filthy accommodation for 2hours or so otherwise would have left in a minute. The owner is an ill mannered lady who has no regard for the guests or their well being. She talked like an uncivilized person and kept on blaming me for booking in advance. My advance amount for stay was refunded only after the owner and staff understood that I will call police if my money was not returned as i had booked for a week. They kept 800 rs for the 2 hours i stayed which i claimed back from fab hotels. Personally i wont ask anyone to stay here even for free let alone pay for it. I am just amazed how a property owner can be so arrogant that they can't see the condition of the rooms that they are taking money for. I am sure they are making money in such a prime location but they just don't care about the guests. It just goes on to show what kind of people they are who don't even treat their guests like human beings and just see the guests as a means to an end. Such a property should not be allowed to operate in the hospitality industry.

The location of hotel is great. Available at cheap price but there are many problems associated: 1. No hand towels 2. Body Towels do not dry your skin 3. The bed sheet are dismal. One should take your own bed sheets, the towels to use them. Service is not great, the workers their are mostly not going to clean your room until and unless you go and ask them.
