OYO Flagship Paradise Inn Near Immaculate Conception Church

Well this is my third time when I choose this hotel for my vacation stay at panjim, goa. Quality is going down which i felt after visiting third time (2019, 2022 and now 2023) after a change of ownership :- you will get only one charging point in the room and the second one is in the washroom. Switches are not in good shape. All lights are not in working condition. The landline is not working. The cable TV remote is not working. You will not get any glass in the room even after demanding. No hair dryer, No mini fridge, no electric kettle and no free wifi as promised by Oyo. Room colors are dull from attractive blue to dull greyish. Water available, Parking available, good staff behaviour, good location. Well probably this will be my last stay.

Fraudulent.. They are showing 1000 on OYO PLatform and once we visit Property they are asking for 2500 extra. Tried calling them since morning but no one picked but once we visited the hotel it was very old .. 4-5 families with young children were waiting near the reception because of the same problem. Paid full amount in OYO booking was confirmed but denied by the property because of less booking amount and they are asking for full amount to pay.

One of the worst hotel I ever been , it's like bhooth bangalow, dirty bedsheets, dirty bathroom , the floor tiles also moist , very bad smell inside , bad experience, so we don't like the room so we wanted checkout but but they said once you paid it's not refundable, so we don't get our money back , we lost our 1800 rupees.
