Great atmosphere and very kind service. The rooms were spacious and clean. We had a pleasant stay. Would definitely recommend it. The restaurant had a nice ambience and good food. It's also nice to have a drink at night. It's on walking distance from campal garden Panjim city centre and some nice restaurants

This heritage property has an excellent location, excellent ambiance & very good food & service. We room size furniture, and maintenance all were excellent. They have some issues during heavy downpour but the property is highly recommended for a comfortable stay in Campal area of Panjim.

Heritage hotel with all modern amenities. Everything is just superb. Staff is polite snd co operative. Breakfast and food was nice. Rooms are quite spacious. A treat to book lovers. They have nice collection of books. Location is nice. We realy enjoyed our stay. Will surely recommend the hotel .

Lovely spot, beautiful old rooms, and everyone is so kind. The courtyard is the perfect place to kill some time on a hot day. And the perfect place to sip a cold beer. Rooms have AC and every kind of shower head imaginable. Great location to walk to the beach or into town.

Superb Location, it's an amazing place, with an ambiance that beats even top star hotels... They serve with a smile and though it limited menu the food is quite good and quantity too is adequate...

Excellent rooms and service. Budget friendly pricing and located in the centre of Panjim close to the casinos and other activities. The management even granted late checkout considering we were travelling with an infant. Overall great service
