This was a very pleasant stay. They have done an excellent job of making the place both interesting and reflective of what old Goa was like. Despite the building's age, they've managed to create a pleasant atmosphere for guests, while still preserving a sense of the old-world experience. The staff was were very pleasant and helpful. And the breakfast was also pretty good. The location is also good.||it’s also pleasant to speak with Ajit who is the proprietor of the Hotel and learn from his experiences and how the building has been in his family’s possession for several generations.

Quaint heritage hotel with good sized clean rooms and all basic amenities. The hotel has charming old goa vibes with their wooden furniture, older style rooms, poster beds, nice restaurant etc.|Would any day recommend staying here as compared to a hotel chain. The lane next to it is beautiful and has many tourists during the day for pictures etc.

Family of 4 adults stayed for 6 nights. The location was superb, furniture and decor in the rooms, reception and dining area quite authentic and the breakfast, both food and service, were simply terrific. We really enjoyed our stay. But as we are not fond of felines, please do something about the furry resident. Ajit thanks for the warm personal touch of giving us Goa gifts to takeaway.

We stayed at WelcomHeritage Panjim Inn, and it was an amazing experience. The property is a beautifully preserved traditional heritage hotel, and its simplicity adds to the charm. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Fontainhas, perfect for exploring the historic streets and vibrant culture. Plus, there are some fantastic cafés just a short walk away. It’s the ideal place if you want a quiet, authentic stay while being close to the best that Panjim has to offer!

We loved the old-style house and the British-era furniture. The rooms were huge, and the breakfast was delicious, though a couple more options would be nice. The location is ideal, close to local spots and famous landmarks, situated at the edge of Fontainhas and near the riverside, making it easy to explore the area. It's important to expect a true heritage stay—this isn't a place with false ceilings or wallpaper, but rather one with old-world charm. Things might not be perfect, but the experience is what truly matters. Staff was courteous and helpful.

Very well located hotel. The rooms are comfortable. At first impression, the staff does not seem welcoming but they are very helpful and kind. Breakfast is to order. On weekends, in October, there is more choice than during the week. I recommend this hôtel. good value for money

This heritage home is located at the heart of Fontainhas. So all famous attractions and galleries can be easily explored by foot. Rooms are good Food - we had lunch here and food was great. Complimentary breakfast was not that great. Hospitality of the staff is also good. Panjim KTC bus stand is at walking distance from here. So overall would recommend this stay to anyone who wants to explore Fontainhas.

This Heritage hotel , set in Fointainhaas, has often been home during my Goa visits . Given my preference for old heritage constructions , over modern structures, this place is a perfect fit...with period furniture,pictures , accessories and fitments. The location is perfect for those who like being in the centre of town and have most everything within walking distance. This can also be challenging at times as the area is thronged with boisterous noisy tourists out to have a good time. Finding parking could be challenging. The hotel has a small attached restaurant which hosts a brief menu but serves decently turned out meals . With a full house this can mean longer than usual wait times for your food . The staff is always friendly, helpful and attentive. Thanks to Sahib for great service in the restaurant, Anu for help on the registration /check out and Javeed for all his help in arranging transportation at short notice . We plan to be back soon
