NillOur stay in this hotel was okay, but it was below average. The double suite had 1 living room and 2 bedrooms with attached bathrooms. Overall, it was spacious and comfortable for us. As we had arrived a few hours early before check-in, we were allowed to keep our bags in a small room located behind the receptionist and we finished our visit to the Cathedral before check-in. Another good thing about this hotel is the location, it’s peaceful and close to the Miramar beach. Now the disadvantages. The hotel housekeeping was very very POOR. During our stay, they not even once cleaned our rooms. Neither the trash was collected, nor the used cups and glasses replaced. Even though we left our keys at the receptionist, they still didn't do it. The floor was also very dirty. The breakfast room was small and the tables provided were very small which could accommodate only 2 people. But the breakfast options were ok.

The team went above and beyond to cater to our needs, whether it was arranging local tours or providing recommendations for nearby attractions. The location of the hotel is also a huge plus—close to the beach and key attractions, yet tucked away enough to provide a peaceful retreat. Overall, Hotel Palm Air is an excellent choice for anyone visiting Goa. The combination of great hospitality, comfortable accommodations, and an ideal location makes it a standout option. Highly recommended!

NillGreat location, Beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff, Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, breakfast was good and great service. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. Morning I reached early only at hotel 7am, girl was very helpful she didn't said me that check in is at 2pm so you have to wait nothing like that, her response was really nice she checked in me in 5min this was very helpful, I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future. Thank you so much Pavan and girl I'm really sorry I didn't ask the name, thank you so much guy's.

NillWe had made a corporate booking for our company VP, opting for the best room at this hotel, but the stay turned out to be a disaster. On the first day, when he checked in late at night, he found the bed covered in rat droppings, making it impossible to stay in the room. The staff arranged an alternative room, but the issue didn’t end there. The following day, after raising the matter again, the hotel promised to prepare the room properly. However, when he moved to the new room that night, rats were inside the room. He couldn’t sleep the entire night due to this unacceptable condition. This experience was highly disappointing and unprofessional. We request a full refund of the payment and urge the management to address this issue seriously. Please look into this matter at the earliest.

NillReview for Palms Air by Goa Stays, Miramar, Panaji, Goa I recently had the pleasure of staying at one of your properties, Palms Air by Goa Stays, and my experience was a mix of positives with a minor hiccup. Booking and Check-in: I reached out to your Reservation Executive, Karishma, early in the morning, and she was impressively prompt in checking availability and confirming my booking. I requested an early check-in, which was accommodated smoothly—a gesture that is rare and much appreciated. At check-in, I was assisted by Mr. Neemprasad, who was very kind and helpful, ensuring the process was seamless. Room Experience: Initially, I was allocated a room on the 3rd floor, which unfortunately had a strong cigarette odor, likely due to the previous guest smoking in the room. The smell made it difficult for me to even stay in the room briefly. Upon informing Karishma, she promptly addressed the issue and upgraded me to a higher-category room on the 4th floor. This swift action and resolution were highly commendable. The new room was a delight—clean, spacious, and equipped with a comfortable bed, functioning AC, and a clean bathroom. The small balcony overlooking open fields added a lovely touch to the stay. Breakfast Experience: Breakfast the next morning was a little underwhelming. The options were limited to bread, pav, and aloo bhaji. Additionally, the breakfast area was quite small and overcrowded, leaving no seating space when I arrived. I requested a cup of tea in my room since there was no place to sit, but Karishma informed me that room service wasn’t available, which was slightly disappointing. Overall Stay: Despite the minor breakfast inconvenience, my stay was enjoyable. The hotel’s accessible location, reasonable pricing, and excellent staff responsiveness stood out. Recommendation: I would certainly recommend Palms Air by Goa Stays to my family, friends, and LinkedIn professional network. I look forward to staying here again in the future. NillThe hotel is quite new and set in a lovely and peaceful location esp after staying at Baga beach. The cafe attached to the hotel Namba was also very pleasurable, the Chicken Tikki Baguatte was delicious. It was nice to chill out and the receptionist Karishma was fabulous and very helpful to make feel at home straight away. Thank you
