Disappointing Front Office Experience I recently stayed at Coastal Pearl around mid October 2024 and unfortunately, my experience with the front office left much to be desired. 1.Overcharging for Guest Count: Upon check-in, the front office staff claimed that the number of guests exceeded what was mentioned during booking. However, we were well within the maximum occupancy allowed by the hotel policy and the no. double occupancy rooms required were already paid for. It's disappointing when a hotel doesn't honor the booking details and instead tries to overcharge guests. Transparency and fairness should be a priority. 2.Payment Collection as Liquid Cash: To add to the frustration, the payment was collected in liquid cash and on top of it, the staff offered to waive off 40% of the demanded payment on payment as cash claiming that they were giving us a "GST discount". This indicates that we were charged "unauthorised and off the accounts" 3.Complimentary Breakfast: The quality of breakfast was average. The dining area and kitchen in terms of maintenance and hygiene were average too. 4.Room Quality and Comfort: On a positive note, the room itself was comfortable and clean. When some front office and housekeeping staff were really good, some weren't good at all. However, the overall experience was totally marred by the front office issues.

It was great experience staying at costal pearl hotel ambience service and staff are all good well behaved and coperative speacially mukesh and akash and front desk are really helpful …. Highly recommend

I had planned to stay at this place for two days, but I could only stay for one day due to the unhygienic conditions and the negative energy the place exuded. The smell was also unbearable. I'm sharing my experience in this review because I had read many good reviews about this hotel and booked it based on those. However, upon arrival, only one or two people were nice to talk to, and there was nothing else good about this hotel. Even when booking a car or bike through the hotel, the person in charge was unhelpful and argumentative, refusing to understand what you were saying and insisting on his own perspective. Overall, my experience here was very bad. The food service was also lacking, with staff often saying they couldn't help because the kitchen was open. Given the price they charge, you can find a much better place elsewhere. After leaving this place, I went to another hotel where I stayed for five days and had a fantastic experience for a lower cost.

So, good service I appreciate all the staff. Breakfast was quite good 👍. Aloo Paratha was the best ever tasted. The hotel room was cute and luxurious. Loved the place, (myself from hubli) Highest recommendation for stay!!!! 😁

Great location, pleasent stay, clean rooms staff with a "happy to help" attittude. Sagar and Vishal at front office was deserve appreciation. The trip to north goa with vasu, the taxi vendor of the hotel was so helpful and affordable. It was a great day with splendid experience. Vasu was really supportive

The hotel is located a stone’s throw from the water front and is in an extremely serene area with a 5 star hotel too near by.Rooms are big with balcony.You get basic breakfast which is quite good.It’s located very close to all the major places in Panjim.worth stay and the staff is extremely friendly .I used to chat with vishal at the reception who is extremely knowledgeable about places around.
