Very disgusting hotel... don't even think of staying here ... the place was smelling disgusting...made a huge mistake staying here...there was a wet used underwear in the washroom and there was no proper place for even one person to stand...the beds Felt hard as rock and there were constant noises...can't even trust as the service was disgusting felt as if I jailed myself in a room worth 1.5k ...even jails serve better rooms than this...so disgusting and horrible..can't even trust such rooms who knows how many cameras has been placed since the room looked more like a slum house.

Do not book online. It is a scam, maybe third party maybe the owner. Either way it's untrustworthy. Also apparently they also do not accept foreigners.

It's kind of good hotel to live in Panajim. Rates of the rooms are cheap and best to live for 2-3 person's. You will get an attached bathroom in your room, a TV with set top box. Service is good, loved the place.

Worst hotel I have ever stay. Rubbish behavior from receptionist . They close door at 11 pm and not at pic call if you called. Too worst hotel. If you are stay here you will feel like jail

Not a good place to stay.. its a place to halt for some time.. the bathroom and room stinks.. the bedsheets are so dirty.. that we had to use are personal towel to sleep on.the room service was disgusting as no one to clean the room ..the cleaner comes for one hour in the morning and then there is no service.. WHEN I ASKED THEM HE SAID" I CAN GIVE YOU THE BROOM AND YOU CAN CLEAN IT YOURSELF" ...we let the place next day... Please to go here

Do not expect a good treatment from the staff. If you are a bachelor came to Goa to enjoy visiting places and you need just a room to stay then go for it. No good for family.

Located nearby Joseph Bar and has very good access to Panjim city. Peaceful and good Hotel to stay. Management also is very nice.
