Nice cosy rooms at affordable price. No tie-up with OYO anymore Pictures are misleading as they are 4-5 years old, Only 6 AC rooms available, Only rooms and no room service, Location is good and price is anywhere between 1500-2000

The place is extremely good for this price range. It is very clean and the staff is very humble and helpful. Mr. Promod (head/manager) is very sweet and is always ready to help. Also, Ms. Grace (owner of the cafe) where we got our complementary breakfast, is extremely sweet. Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely choose it again and will recommend it to others as well. 🤗

Nice centrally located and well maintained.Good rooms. But pls do not expect any food service from them, it will be difficult to get even a cup of tea as they don't have any kitchen. Somehow they arrange some breakfast by ordering from outside. Good place just for stay in such prices.

Its a local lodge branded as OYO. Unclean with insects in room. Poor service. No ownership by OYO when issue is raised. In the small room they call restaurant,its better not to have food at all. I think OYO has quality control whatsoever. Also they didn't give food even after 30min of placing the order, left without having food. Not sure why OYO charges for this kind of service. OYO please learn the meaning of "service" before starting a business like this. I recommend everyone to stay away from this hotel and OYO. They have no idea what a service is or how to solve an issue when a complaint is raised.

Very good location and big rooms. Panjim Market is walk away. All famous Tourists attractions, Konkani Restaurants are near by. Polite & Good Service by Aqua City staff at Hotel. This hotel is best suited for Business officials, Travellers, Tourists, Couple's. I stayed with my Family here, one of the best stay in Panajim.

The Hotel is Nice and Clean. I had recently stayed there for 2N & 3D in 2nd Week of Jan 2018. I had a wonderful experience. Mr. Promod is very very helpful person and takes care of everything. He arranges everything in advance once you tell him. He also suggested me famous restaurants like Konkani Canteen. The complimentary breakfast is also of good quality. Especially Egg Dosa & Tea.The location is Perfect. Miryamar Beach And Dona Paula is nearby. All the famous restaurants are very much near by like Goencheen for best Chineese, Konkani Canteen for Sea foods, Legacy of Bombay & calangute is within easy reachable distance. I would definitely suggest to everyone !!

How could OYO classify this as a hotel? It's on the second floor taking a small stairs and hard to find. Sort of like an apartment or a commercial space partitioned to rooms. Tiny reception. Two people can't walk past at the same time. I've been to better budget hotels than this place.
