The service was very good . Though there were few misses on mentioning to the team they were immediately attended to. Worth for money. The room ambiance was good as shown in their photos. Special mention to the service team in the morning buffet so we’re kind and patient and special mention Ms. Nethra who managed the floor very well and did a wonderful service not only to us but to all the clients who were there.😊👌. Thank you .

I visited with my family to this hotel and had booked 3 rooms over 3 days trip. ||Location: The location is very good, it is in the heart of panjim market area, with lots of good stores to shop for cashews/lanterns etc at reasonable rates. Its proximity to floating casinos, fontainhas is a plus point.||Stay: Hotel's exterior is ok-ok. But the rooms are very well maintained, seem new. No issues with TV, hot water, housekeeping. Slightly bigger rooms would have helped.||Service: A big thumbs up to the manager Mr Subodh and Receptionist Miss Ashwini. They made sure that our stay was extremely comfortable. We had a couple of requests, and they accommodated us very nicely. Their hospitality is commendable!!||Affordability: Budget friendly||||I had chosen this hotel based on my research regarding location, price, reviews and found this to be the best option. Very happy with the service and highly recommend this hotel.||PS: They have another hotel close by on a higher price range, Treehouse Neptune, which has similar name, and can be slightly confusing wile booking.

Picture shown in website are not same It’s in punji market Hotel don’t have any parking so if you have car you need to find parking in market then take ur luggage on ur own to hotel as staff denied taking luggage as well Only good thing is it’s near main market Near casinos Still costly
