Excellent hotel with friendly staff, good comfortable clean rooms, prompt service, sumptuous morning breakfast, superb lunch n dinner inhouse Chinese n Famous Sherepunjab just few steps away to savour lovely kebabs n delicious meals. Will give full rating for this hotel as best in Goa. In main area. Visited numerous times n returned back happily with good memories. Best place to stay in small bugdet very comfortable neat and clean room Only bathroom was issue with size rest all first class. Service outstanding Cleaning perfect Breakfast very nice in room only Had be here on Christmas holidays I will recommend those who are looking for friendly budget

Great location for casinos with decent room quality. But room quality, room service can be improved for the price paid. Felt price is a bit on higher side. Overall a decent stay for casinos.

The rooms were well maintained with helpful staff if needed. The hotel is situated within walking distance of the Latin Quarter in Panjim. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is annoyingly they charged extra without presenting the full invoice first when using the laundry service, so be careful with that if you do need to use it.

Location is perfect you are planning for casinos. 2min walk from casino lanes. Hotel doesn't have own parking, so you will have to go for Goa municipalities pay and park. Not sure you get the parking in front of the hotel always, yet hotel is full all the time due to casino crowd.

If you wanna spend more time in panaji as a family, then this hotel is the right choice. Place of attractions are walkable from this Hotel. Though I read many reviews about the lack of Restaurants in the hotel, but they are wrong as in the same building there is a Chinese restaurant where food is great and the staff service is nice, breakfast is available on order. I book the Executive room where it's quite spacious for the 4 of us.

Nice hotel in the heart of Panjim city. Rooms were clean and spacious. Staff was also polite and helpful. They just have limited breakfast options, but there are multiple places nearby where we can have breakfast. Enjoyed my stay here, will definitely recommend this hotel.
