Very bad behaviour from all the hotel staffs they don't clean their room and coming at night for the money and asking extra money from the residence regarding the payment .

Please don't visit this hotel very bad service room are very dirty staff is very rode worst experience in this hotel no wifi properly if I ask in reception they only give answer sir net is very slow and they go back to sleep

Don't book rooms here. Service is poor. Receptionist keep on changing price without prior information. They added extra beds for 4 person in one room and didn't informed about the extra charge. During check out they are claiming money for extra beds. Don't trust them they will fool you.. U vl get better rooms in Panjim. Rooms are dirty, poor cleaning.

I had a one night layover with my son. My driver who had arrived the night before had booked the room as my flight was late. In the morning of the checkout I had gone to the beach early and had asked the caretaker who was sleeping if I could leave by mid day, he said fine. I arrived at 11:30 to pack up and leave. They charged an extra night. Probably same woman, as described by many below, delivering the icy treatment. If she replies to this then "Hello, remember you prayed and then made us wait?" May I ask what the prayer was for? By the way, the rate is Rs.800, so if anyone is quoted higher, you know the real rate. I paid a higher rate. Agents get a commission of Rs.400 thus making the rate Rs.1200, which is I think what I paid. Adios Goa. Emerald Inn, would other readers consider it Emerald? In short, the last time I had a similar situation was in Agra, 20 years back. Such a not so wonderful experience delivered always is a good "Reset" which shows that scams still abound. And that one must have ones wits about. A lesson learnt for roughly $15 is a cheap lesson, at least that's what I say to myself. It's my driver who was seething with anger as he felt foolish having got me here. Enjoy Goa, just go and stay somewhere else. If a magnet attracts your to this place, enjoy BDSM. By the way, the caretaker is from UP/Bihar and is actually a nice person. I wouldn't mind employing him in one of my places. He told me that if I did not pay, which I could decide not to, they cut his wages. Now, all this could be drama, but I could sense that this is true having witnessed __________ (insert the name here, a few choice ones come to mind!). On the Goa front, the first time I came was 1980, this time myself, my Danish and German friends have all taken a decision, let's change destination. The general flavour of Goa was "We are going to pounce on you". Ah the wonderful 5* review by Madam just after my review. Bless, we are all blessed. For people who have read so far, do read the reviews below of Kiran Prasad, Kundan Sawant, Ketan Shah, Dolrich Fernandes, Gavert Noronha, Amar Arote, Vishal Agarwal. Wait, this gets better! Today (4th of April), my driver sheepishly admitted to me, that he was not allowed to sleep in the room that I had ended up paying for because he was not me. This is classic comedy.

when i arrived at the place a lady at reception was having a heated and shouting argument with a checkout customer. And during my checkout time ..i asked for 2 hrs extension for which they told me that i have to pay full day price which gave me a bad impression about that place. ..for me the room was decent ..

This place is very convenient to travel around Panjim,as it's in the main city. I had a pre booking and the owner was kind to give us the best services during my stay. Rooms were well cleaned and Staff was friendly. I would recommend this place for families.

They were very unprofessional and the lady at the reception didn't want to help us at all when it was her fault and she was lying....as our deal was confirmed to stay for two days which she agreed on call while we spoke to her...so instead of sending us the location of the hotel she sent it to somebody else a different person and expects us to communicate with her on what's app while their number is not registered on what's app so i actually don't know who she sent the location to and she wanted us to pay extra for two day's while we already did pay her the amount and she is calling it a misunderstanding to cover for it. Honestly speaking i would say very rude pathetic and i am disgusted with the experience that i've got ...would never ever recommend anybody to go there and also there were hell lot of mosquitoes which is really gross to deal with.

Recently went for holidays in Goa, this hotel made my vacation much more enjoyable with the good services this hotel provided. The rooms very neat and the staff was friendly which made the atmosphere much more pleasant. IT FELT LIKE HOME.
