Expectation vs reality is different. Receptionists are unresponsive and don’t bother about any issues reported, except the nice lady at the reception who helped. Room key did not work for 12 hrs and multiple calls and in person request to fix the key went unresponsive. Dirty rooms and smelly a/c. Pillows smelled like bugs spray and awful smell, in the end had to sleep without the pillow. Very high humidity in the rooms, made it stuffy with headache. They provided a fan after 3 requests and again only the nice lady at the reception helped. Others were just not bothered. Buffet breakfast was decent. I don’t plan to come back to this hotel due to above issues. It needs lot of maintenance and upgrades to even be habitable.

Pathetic rooms with broken floors. Insects in the room Ventilation/AC not working in any floors Better to live in another hotel. No wifi. No facilities.

We have booked a room. Hotel is under construction, no water no AC working and they took 6500 per person.

Booked a room here and everything next was horrible. It does not live upto the standards at all. Shower was broken, bathroom handle was broken, no hot water, unhygienic washroom. Please don't fall for the photos or the attire hotels name.

Not the real Country Inn by Radisson, whole hotel is leaking need renovation. Not suitable for family at all.
