Vivanta Goa, Panaji

After staying for 2 days in La Miason Fontainhas property, we moved to Taj Vivanta Panaji. The room was spacious and offered all facilities- the bed was nice, the window had a reclining small bed, which can be used for reading and watching outside. The furniture is practical and nice. The attached bathroom had a nice big bathtub, a shower space etc., |The property is at a prime location - closer to the waterfront, about 300 metres- where they have recently done a beautiful walking/jogging etc. I did my morning run for 2 days - up and down - it covers almost 5 kms - with a Parasurama statue and yoga poses in that pathway. Lot of people are using that during mornings and evenings.|Coming back to the property, the service levels were outstanding of the key people managing it - special mention is of Mr. Jimshy John - the Accommodations manager who kindly agreed to move my reservation of Ama Trails to Taj Vivanta Panaji and was gracious in all aspects in terms of service. |The team at the reception, the boys who take care of your car for parking (particularly Saurabh and Manoj)- do an excellent job to anticipate your needs and take care of cleaning the car based on your request. |The breakfast spread is superb- we had nice hosts taking care of your needs all the time.|The Taj service levels almost leave you spoilt - you start expecting the same in other hotels - unfortunately none can match up to Taj service. |There are lots of things to praise about, the rooms offer unlimited water and other requirements you want. |The property is near to MG road and the 18th cross road- which has many vegetarian restaurants - which we walked around during our stay and enjoyed in many places - will give separate review of them.|Thoroughly enjoyable and memorable experience. Will try and visit again at the earliest.

I visited Goa for the first time to celebrate my marriage anniversary. I was surprised to see the decoration in my room. Another surprise was the Complementary Anniversary Cake which was kept in the room for the evening. Truly Value and Appreciate your Service. You all are doing an Excellent Customer Service. ||Special Thanks to 'RAJA' from room service. He ensured that we are comfortable with everything and made things available for us in a very pleasant manner. He is truly an asset to Vivanta Panaji.

We had the privilege to experience Taj Vivanta Panjim. In terms of hospitality, this is one of the best places I have ever been. The rooms were spacious and clean. The food was delicious and the spread was note worthy. The team took utmost care of us and gave special attention to my daughter. The house keeping team (Sagar Chauhan & Babaji) went out of their way to make our family occasion special. Special shoutout to the following gentleman at reception who took utmost care of us - Jogesh, Ayush and Zaid. Thank you Taj team.

Beautiful hotel, but poorly maintained. There was black mold in the room, as well as parts of the hotel like the elevator lobby (very obvious smell.) Room cleanliness was lacking and the surrounding area was a little rough. Did I mention the sink was held together with tape? 😂 The hotel workers were lovely though, just not a 5 star hotel in my opinion.

The charming and lively vibes coupled with a Exceptional Stay, made it quite memorable and one of the best stays in my life.|Everything, just about everything, except for the exhaust and air-conditioning in the washroom, was perfect. Room service, restaurant service exceptional, food unquestionably great, bell desk, reception, all worth praise. I wish all hotels could be like this in terms of service.

Soft pillows and comfortable pillows .nice hotel and comfortable stay great staff specially Hk staff Sagar Chauhan and Anand on first floor |Great food and service nice hotel will come back again . Will recommend to m friends and family . Stayed on first floor nice rooms and comfortable rooms rooms are well maintained

Centrally located close to important venues. Good spacious rooms. Quiet. Vivanta standard fabulous service. Downside if you are driving, parking is a squeeze and the valets have to keep shuffling your car.
