Treebo Sunheads

Bad service no consideration for customer. first the treebo booking didn't showup,were told to book directly.after that the room offered was having ac leaking water was told to move to another floor we took it assuming everything thing is ok but realised it didn't had any ventilation and started feeling claustrophobic. Asked the receptionist for room change by offering to pay any difference amount was told no rooms available.whereas they were showing room available online and when I went in the lobby to catch a breath I saw them taking new booking.I waited there to feel better and went in the room to retry but the problem was still there felt breathlessness called the reception but still dilly dallying eventually we left the place by 9.30 ish they didn't even try to resolve issue.had to book another place.Money wasted.So go on your own risk. if something goes wrong there is no way you will be provided any support or assistance your left to fend for yourself in the middle of the night.

The management department is so convincing and helping, staffs are also great 👍. facilities of hotel are great food is also delicious,so much impressing of there facilities,the Rajib and chandan these two staff are very convenient and polite they provide comfort as soon as possible ,they provide texi service rental car texi etc.

Nice hotel with lots of facilities like 24 hour hot water, complimentary water bottle,water kettle, wardrobe in rooms,good wifi connection, yummy breakfast and all staffs are helpful..

Had a great experience at Sunhead Restaurant! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the service was really good. The food was delicious and freshly made. Perfect place to relax and enjoy both stay and meals!

I had a very bad experience at a Treebo hotel in Goa. In the morning, I woke up to find the room filled with water and mud. When I called the reception for help, they said it is common here and asked us to adjust. Only after we complained strongly did someone come to clean it. The staff’s behaviour was also disappointing. During dinner (which we paid for), the food was good and the service was excellent. But during the complimentary breakfast, the food quality was very poor — it felt like we having charity food — and the restaurant staff treated us with less care compared to dinner time. Overall, the experience was unpleasant, and I would not recommend this property to anyone.

We stayed at Treebo Sunhead Hotel in Panaji. Overall, everything was okay. I had booked a room for 4 people, and the stay was comfortable. The person from Odisha at the reception counter was very polite and well-behaved, which made our check-in smooth. The morning breakfast was good and it was complimentary, which is a plus point for this hotel. However, I was disappointed with their room service for water. When I called and asked for water, they said it is chargeable. According to government tourism rules, charging guests for basic drinking water is a violation. Every hotel must provide free drinking water to their guests. Overall, except for this water issue, the stay was fine, but the hotel management should follow rules properly to avoid inconvenience to guests.

Nice hotel to stay, staff is very supportive and food is great. Nice rooms and very hygenic. You can get different cuisines.
