Orion Premiere

I was in Room No 607 on 23rd July. I had a terrible experience. 1)The floor was always wet. After a dry cloth mopping. We went out for 4 hours, again the floor was wet. I slipped on my bare legs, but controlled not to fall down. If there are any aged persons visiting this place. Be very careful and try to avoid this place. 2)Water wasn't draining properly in bath area. 3)If you on the tap, some water getting leaked from the shower. 4)Even swimming pool was not permitted. You get a much better hotel for what they have charged. Really unsatisfied and felt when would we coming out of the hotel.

Very very disgusting experience. The service of the hotel was the worst I have experienced in my entire life. Under the name of deluxe room - disgusting room was provided. 🤮. We booked our room for 5 days and suddenly on the 3rd morning they asked us to vacant the room saying that renovation will start in the hotel. If renovation was planned why the hell they took our booking and not even informing us when we were staying since three days and one day suddenly asked us to vacant the room… donot book this hotel - your Goa trip will be spoiled if you book this hotel 🤮🤮🤮🤮

This hotel good needs redecorating. The rooms are cramped, and the furniture is new fashioned. I would have preferred a single bed and more space. Also, it hadn’t been cleaned properly: and the desk was stained. there was air conditioning, so I had to sleep. Morning breakfast service was really excellent 👌 specially suraj,,sibaram, swapnil.....

Enjoyed the breakfast! And the hospitality. Room service was quick and efficient. Overall best experience over here. Swimming pool is the best to have fun with friends

This hotel falls short of being a 3-star establishment and can only be considered a 2-star hotel. The location is near Panjim and close proximity to various attractions, food and shopping options, and available parking for cars and 2-wheelers. My excitement for the premium suite I booked quickly turned to disappointment upon entering the room. The washroom was unclean with dust and garbage on the floor, and there was a half-dead cockroach in the sitting area. The furniture was old, rustic, and in a state of disrepair, and the mini-refrigerator was off and caused a power outage in the room when plugged in. Even though the beds and linens were clean and usable, the suite faced the backside of the hotel with a view of garbage, cigarette butts, and bottles. The breakfast experience was also disappointing, with hardly anything left by 10 am and a poor seating area. The overall dining experience was so bad that I opted to eat elsewhere and even skipped the next day's breakfast, which was already paid for. The other services were slow, and the reception staff frequently asked if I was a guest despite my comings and goings. Overall, the hotel was old and not maintained properly, and the room failed to meet my expectations despite having booked the suite. I would not recommend this hotel.
