I had booked from Agoda, I got a huge discount, don't know how... Upon arriving we were sit there for like 1 hr, okay I can understand we reached there early, but upon arriving they started to clean the room which we were given, that too was not cleaned properly. The people at the reception upon seeing the price were not happy and talking something in their local language, which I can understand was regarding the price. If, u r not comfortable giving me the room at that price U can talk to Agoda, whats my fault... The parking is also in the road bt its ohk its not the main road, so it's manageable. Now talking about the room, the room is okay, bt lack of maintenance. Not enough light, bathroom was dirty and smelly , though it was cleaned. I would request the owner/manager, to look after these matters..

The hotel manager exhibited extreme rudeness, displaying a lack of professionalism in interactions with guests. Complaints about their behavior highlight a need for improved customer service and a more welcoming atmosphere at the establishment. A big chuitya he is … please take serious actions !

hotel was horrible, the manager was v rude n non co operative, as we had booked in advance so we dont had choice to change the hotel. room were smelling like hospitals, untidy rooms with untidy beds n bed sheets, worst room service worst staff. even i have to quarrel for towels as they had not provided it. bathrooms were uncleaned, no food no co operation from any staff. feels sick even i think bout it. check out time is also 9am thts horrible, i requested manager tht can i leave around 10 or 10.30 he straight away said NO n said whole day will be charged if it would gets late. guys pls pls pls dont even think of this third class hotel.

Awesome rooms to stay in, clean well maintained. The staff are very helpful as well. If your just looking for a clean and safe place to stay then this is it. Close to Miramar Beach ⛱ you can walk to the beach in 10 minutes.

Good property. Rooms are very neat and clean like home. The surrounding environment is also peaceful and The manager Mr.Santoshji and Tulumoni sharma both are very polite and helpful.

It was a good stay. Everything was great. Especially Manager there Ms. Ashvika who helped in arrangements for Taxi, bike food etc. Hope to come back again 🥰

Stayed here for a night, when I came back I went for bath and then there was no hot water and no ac for 5 hours, phone was dead too, enquired at reception and found out they have switch through which they can turn it off, then they said when guests go out they do that and they did not we had come back. ||||The checkout is very early morning, and it is difficult, the shower hardly worked, the room boys were rude. ||||IF you don't want to spoil your goa experience avoid this hotel.
