Hotel Springs

Worst experience. Booked hotel through online, went there at 11, nobody was there at reception, waited for 1 hour. Then when the reception guy came, he said rooms not available at 12am. After lot of argument got one after 2 hours. Pathetic service. Rooms are okay.

Very bad experience. Even after online booking hotel person say we are full and cannot allot you a room. Was waiting 3 hours outside hotel for room

The hotel is located near natural surroundings. It is very silent place,no noise.

Rooms are very clean and maintained. Staffs were cooperative and helpful. Had a wonderful time.

Room was not clean bed linen was dirty. We could not find the morning reception staff courteous enough. Hospitality needs to be understood

The service was nice and the important thing I book the hotel from online and it was legit i though i will get scam cuz i paid 50% so that's a plus point for legit but the problem is the location, we can't get from Goa miles (taxi) that was a problem for people like us who is not from Goa

Washroom is not clean. Bedsheets are not clean, it looks like as if they didn’t change the bed sheet. Ac doesn’t work. They charge you for AC rooms but it doesn’t work. View is good from the hotel but service is poor.
