😡 Stay Away from This Goa Stay – Total Rip-Off! 😡 If you're thinking of booking this place for a group, DON'T!🚫 Here's why: First off, they give you ONE double bed and expect extra guests to sleep on the floor... yes, the FLOOR! 🛏️➡️🛋️ Oh, and they charge you ₹300-₹500 per day for these "luxury" floor beds. And guess what? They don't even bother telling you about this until you’re there. Shady, right? 😒 The owner? Total nightmare. 😤 He admitted he tricks customers by leaving out these hidden fees! Try to argue? Get ready for threats of reservation cancellation. This guy’s all about dodging responsibility, and to top it off, he responds to any negative review by calling it fake! 🤡 For your sanity and wallet’s sake, avoid this place at all costs. Trust me, there are way better and honest stays in Goa that won’t treat you like this. ✌️

It is very beautiful ❤️❤️and it is very nice please do not spread rumours, strict action is taken against misbehaving people here, the staff here are very nice, 🧡🧡🥰🥰🥰🥰it is very safe to come here with family, even coming alone is very good. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

🤬😡Awful experience with the owner, who was extremely rude and used dishonest tactics to make more money. 👎 Our trip to Goa was ruined from day one. The owner argued with us and even suggested we cancel our booking if we weren't satisfied. We were treated like slaves rather than customers. This place is NOT RECOMMENDED FOR COUPLES; the staff made us very uncomfortable, especially towards my partner. We had booked a room with a single twin bed for four people. However, upon arrival, the owner insisted we pay extra for two additional beds. When we disputed this, he claimed they don't include extra beds in the initial booking to keep prices

My recent stay at this place was horrendous, to say the least 1. Accommodation Issue: - Booked for 5 people but given a double bed; others had to sleep on thin mattresses. 2. Rude Owner: - Owner responded rudely and threatened to cancel our reservation when we raised concerns. 3. Mattress Charges: - Charged ₹300 per day for old, dusty, and thin mattresses. 4. Poor Phone Connectivity: - No cell network coverage; provided phone pouch didn't fit any phone. 5. Hygiene Concerns: - Encountered a large cockroach on the main door and on the bed frame. 6. Room Allocation Problems: - Initially given a twin room with two double beds, then shifted to a room with only one double bed. 7. Lack of Hot Water: - No hot water service available. 8. Water Leakage: - Water leakage from the pipes was noticeable. 9. Bugs and Ants: - Significant gap at the bottom of the bathroom door allowed bugs and ants to enter the room. Overall, this stay was marred by a series of issues, poor customer service, and a lack of basic comfort. I would strongly advise against booking at this establishment.

Looking for an adventure? This place has it all! If you book for more than two people, be prepared to have the rest of your family/friends on the floor with dusty old mattresses, and it's only ₹300 per bed per day! Plus, you'll enjoy the company of cockroaches and ants, thanks to the bathroom door gap. Need to talk to the owner? Brace yourself, he admits to deceiving guests and might threaten to cancel your stay. He's a wonderful gentleman 😌
