JW Marriott Goa

My wife and I are both Platinum members of Marriott and recently we spent 3 nights at JW Marriot Goa to celebrate a milestone anniversary/birthday. Rakhee Mandal (Duty Manager) reached out to us before our visit see how they could make it special for us and she made sure that our stay was special - from check-in to check-out. Check-in was smooth and quick. Unfortunately, we did not get an upgrade since the hotel was at full occupancy. The staff was very helpful and courteous. There are too many names to call out - but a few stand out. Breakfast buffet spread was really nice and the chef HemaRam especially stands out as one that was always available and made each breakfast experience excellent with his attentive service. Ravindra and Steven from the concierge were very helpful in arranging transportation and helping plan our excursions (since it was our first visit to Goa). The hotel does not have an executive lounge, so they had a happy hour for elite members every evening - and staff managing the happy hour particularly stands out for their service - Sora, Chumi, Sen and Moushmi were all outstanding. And finally, we had dinner one evening at Heliconia - a fusion Peruvian/Japanese restaurant at the hotel. Food was tasty and the overall experience there was very good - Sachin and Kim at Heliconia made the evening very special. Overall, it was a great stay - thanks to Mohammed Gouse (hotel GM), Rakhee Mandal and team for making it so.

Very beautiful hotel! |Every little detail is well chosen and very tasteful!|The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They will really try to fulfill every wish of their guests!|We loved out room, the beds were so comfortable and the rooms are well equipped. The spa is wonderful and the view from the pool is absolutely incredible. - So is the breakfast buffet!

Excellent hospitality. We were at ease with our infant daughter. The staff was hands on with the baby food and chefs are well trained with the regulations of the baby food. Very friendly staff and great great location and property. A must go specially if you have a child of any age.

The hotel’s amenities were equally impressive, with a beautiful pool area, well-equipped fitness center, and several dining options that offered delicious meals catering to all tastes. Whether we were enjoying a leisurely breakfast or a special dinner, the quality of the food and the level of service were consistently outstanding. Our family had an amazing stay at JW Marriott Goa, and we left with nothing but wonderful memories. The combination of a beautiful hotel, attentive staff, and world-class service made this a perfect getaway, and we can’t wait to return.

Highly recommended!! Incredibly amazing experience at this property. Kudos to the entire staff (Abhishek, Saksham, Akshay (pool guy)) for going out of their way to make our stay very personalized and comfortable. The team was very responsive at all times and made everything available so quickly (bike rentals, car rentals, taxis, etc.). They also arranged a beautiful surprise for our wedding anniversary (special thanks to Abhishek).|Breakfast platter was vast and had great options (and quick attentive service).

Stayed here recently for an event, for over 4 days might I add. Absolutely one of the top hotels in the area. I have stayed at many a JW, but this one has set new benchmarks as to how the food should be across the board! Their Buffets have a spectrum larger than visible light, the in-room dining is superbly fast, along with being one of the best I've had, and their staff was absolutely top class. I will be coming back here in the future, expecting nothing less! Bravo JW Goa!

It's a luxury hotel - centrally located - more of a business hotel. A bit far from beach and approach is not nice. Staff is very courteous at each point - but lacking in some basic knowledge e.g. suggesting what to order and portion size etc. Breakfast layout is very good but other meals are avoidable - as there are so many excellent choices in close vicinity. Spa experience was great - though a bit expensive.

It's easily the best hotel that we have stayed in. Everything was perfect. We have never felt taken care of so well. Everyone was nice. Just wonderful. Rooms, food, service, location- just perfect. Somebody said without us prompting- the best poolside in Goa. The only drawback- if at all one could call it that- was it didn't have a private beach. But Vagator beach is a stone's throw away. And majestic and beautiful.
