Everything was awesome! The staff and the service was extremely satisfactory. The support by people was great. The staff is super polite and helpful. The location is good, extremely well managed property. All the facilities like swimming pool, laundry service all were great. All time attendants available. The only thing is the long stay prices should be discounted.🌴

For a group of friends, the experience in the hotel was nice. The facilities were fine - clean rooms and pool, nice places to sit, but there were missing more sitting spots near the pool and the trees blocked the sun all day near the pool. The staff was very nice and helpful, but they could have been faster - we received our rooms an hour after we came, even though it was late check in and the staff knew about our time of arrival the day before. Also, we got the mattresses only at 1 am after we requested multiple times. The noodles were also good and you have everything you need inside the hotel, with a good value for money.

Firstly, the pictures looked very pretty and we went with this option even after having better deals, this is very hard to find even through google maps and there were no proper direction boards as well, the hotel is in renovation and 90% of the rooms are not functional, so you have to adjust even if you don’t like it, almost every room has some or the other issue as there is no maintenance as such, our sliding doors didn’t have an option to lock and it is connected to the side room, the staff are bunch of liars and so damn reckless, no one cares about the guests, many were leaving since agoda is taking 24-48 hours to solve this we had to adjust as we prepaid for 3-4 days, not even 1 day they came for room service even after calling 100 times , phones are not working, they give a random phone number for reception, he will switch it off and on as per his convenience, coming to the pool, it has all kind of snails and insects in it! Basically if they give a damn about this hotel or customer, it would be a great hotel!

The stay at this hotel was underwhelming and overpriced. While the overall atmosphere was fine, the value for money was highly disappointing. The price was steep for what was offered. One of the most frustrating aspects was the lack of functional internet, which was not as advertised and made basic connectivity a struggle. Additionally, staying on the second floor posed its own challenges, as the water pressure in the shower was terrible, making it difficult to freshen up properly. The beds were another downside—they were unusually small, making comfort during sleep a challenge, especially for taller individuals. On the bright side, the hotel was relatively clean and decently maintained, but these positives don’t make up for the high cost and the basic amenities that were lacking or subpar. If the price were significantly lower, it might have been an acceptable option, but at the current rate, it is not worth it. Overall, while the hotel isn’t terrible, I wouldn’t recommend it due to the poor value compared to the price. It’s best to explore other options.

My stay was disappointing due to several serious issues: Ongoing renovations weren’t mentioned at booking, leading to constant noise and dust. Laborers working on the balcony left no privacy during the day. Room service was very slow, with meals consistently delayed. I had to switch rooms three times due to recurring problems, which only added to my frustration. Every room had noisy fans, making it difficult to relax or sleep. None of the rooms had properly functioning air conditioning, causing further discomfort. I found insects and even worms in the rooms—unhygienic and unsettling. The bathrooms lacked dustbins, a small but necessary detail for cleanliness. I cannot recommend staying here until these issues are resolved. The lack of transparency about the renovations and poor conditions made this a highly disappointing experience.

Good stay at this hotel near Vagator Beach in Goa! The swimming pool was offering a relaxing spot. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. The location was close to the beach yet peaceful. Friendly staff and great service made our experience better.

It was a really pleasant place... The small balcony was a really nice spot to enjoy with loved ones. Service is good has fridge, tv all amenities and hot water was available 24/7.

Love the ambience, food is amazing, service is good. Rooms are clean and well appointed with all amenities we made a enjoyable stay. Staff is also good and location is superb. We had a wonderful experience here in Mayfield resort.
