NillWe stayed at Moustache a week ago and it’s one of the best places to stay in North Goa. The rooms were very clean, comfortable and well kept. The food was delicious. The staff was friendly and polite. The swimming pool was also clean and well maintained, even during the rainy season. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, clean rooms and tasty food. It’s also very close to Vagator and Anjuna beach, so all the nice cafes nearby are just 5–15 minutes away.

NillWe had a very disappointing experience staying at Moustache Luxuria Goa. From the very beginning, the service was almost non-existent. We stayed for a week, and throughout our stay, the basic needs were ignored completely. No housekeeping: Bedsheets were not changed even once in 7 days. No water provided: We had to keep asking for drinking water, and most of the time, the staff had excuses. Poor hospitality: Every time we requested something, the response was always, “This is not allowed” or “We don’t provide this.” Unhelpful staff: Instead of being courteous or accommodating, the staff behaved like they were doing us a favour by letting us stay. Zero value for money: For a property that markets itself as ‘luxury’, the experience was worse than a budget hostel. There was no effort from the staff to make our stay comfortable or enjoyable. It felt like guests were treated as a burden rather than being welcomed. We chose this place based on pictures and promises, but the reality was completely opposite. Not recommended at all. Avoid if you’re expecting basic cleanliness, comfort, or even decent hospitality.

NillDisappointed with the stay – Definitely not worth the name ‘Luxuria’ We booked a 3-night stay here but decided to leave early because of how poorly this place is maintained. It’s already day 2 and not even basic cleaning has been done. The floor has had muddy stains since we arrived, washroom taps don’t work properly, and there’s a constant bad smell in the dorm. There’s no bin to throw waste, and we saw old towels and clothes lying around on the floor, tables, and chairs – probably because there’s no proper storage space for guests. Fans are dusty with spider webs and hair stuck to them – right above our beds! Bed frames still have visible mud stains, and trash has been lying around for two days without being cleared. We had heard good things about this place from friends who stayed here a couple of years ago, which is why we chose it. But it’s honestly a huge letdown. I’ve stayed in hostels within the same area that were cleaner and better maintained – and even cheaper! This place calls itself “Moustache Luxuria,” but there’s nothing luxurious about it. When basic hygiene and cleanliness are missing, talking about luxury is just a joke. I really regret choosing this place and feel responsible to my friends for this bad experience.

NillVarun Singh is the most disgusting person I have ever met, they don't even deserve 1 star. Rude behaviour, does not know how to handle simple customer queries!!! He does not have any solution to the problems the customer face at the rooms & restaurant!!! He is just focused on taking the money out of your pockets after even knowing his staff & he himself lack customer service. No Hot water facility in the rooms, shortage in water supply in the shower area The restaurant staff is utmost rude at the breakfast section.

NillOur group of 12 stayed in the 18-bed dorm for almost a week. The experience was disappointing. Only buffet food available (₹550 per head), less availability à la carte option. Pool timings were enforced strictly for us, but extended for others especially women– felt biased. Also pool cleaning system was bad. It often uses to get dirty and they barely cleaned it properly dependency on Chlorine which affected Eyes and Hair. No mention at check-in that outside alcohol isn’t allowed. We were drinking quietly in a corner, not disturbing anyone, but still got called out. We weren't allowed to eat food within out own room. No room service throughout the stay. One water tap broke but was fixed later. Only 2 washrooms for 18 people – usually dirty, with broken commode seats. Shower had flow issues – handle had to be kept in a specific angle to work properly. Dorm beds had stained curtains and were uncomfortable. No proper hooks for clothes or towels. Windows were extremely dusty – we avoided opening them. AC was turned off even though they knew we were returning. We had to enter a hot room after long outings. No toiletries or towels provided – not even basic soap. Even majority of the hostel brands provide some. Water cooler was barely usable. No one ever asked or offered drinking water hence we weren't even offered water bottles. Overall, dorm guests were treated very differently than those in premium or expensive rooms. Not worth it if you're expecting comfort or basic service in a dorm setting.

NillStayed in the female dormitory and the rooms were clean and well maintained. The toilet and bathroom is separate. The room is small with four beds. It’s nice if you have friends staying with you too. The property has a great swimming pool and bar. The bar tender Tarun fixes great drinks. I was able to work with the wifi there, so if you need to work they have a few outdoor tables that you can sit at. The staff was friendly, and Piya, Guest Relations gave us some great suggestions for places to go to.

NillTerrible experience. The place is dirty, the hot tub and showers were unusable, and even the kitchen looked unhygienic. Staff is nice, but that’s the only good thing. The scariest part? The property is haunted. On our third night, the TV turned on by itself and logged into Netflix, and we heard footsteps and knocking from under the bed. Staff offered to change rooms, but we were too scared to sleep. Later, we found out this has happened to others too. Definitely not staying here again.

NillI had a wonderful stay at Mustache Goa Luxuria! The location is perfect—close to the beach yet tucked away enough for a peaceful vibe. The property is well-maintained with stylish interiors and a great pool. The staff was courteous and always ready to help. I especially loved the food at the in-house café—fresh and flavorful. Definitely a great place to relax and enjoy Goa!
