I recently stayed at this property in Goa and had a really pleasant experience. The place was quiet and peaceful perfect for unwinding and enjoying some downtime. One of the highlights was the staff; they were always quick to respond, very polite, and genuinely helpful throughout the stay. The pool area was well-maintained and made for a great spot to relax during the day. The overall atmosphere was calm, and the space was clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend this stay to anyone looking for a laid-back getaway in Goa.

This review wasn't solicited, it's genuine- The property is located in a safe place. An amazing time spent here with my partner. Ganesh, Sonam, Monu, the Security guard and all other staff always made us feel welcome! Mr. Jeffrey was humble to let us get our room decorated for a birthday celebration too. Room. 5 Service 5 Hospitality 5 Food 4 (The food quality can be improved, quantity was just about right) Value for money, Yes it's worth it. I'd suggest families, couples and clan of friends to come visit this place. Renting of Bikes is very close by from this Hotel too. Will definitely call this my crib for my best visit! There are many negative comments down the feed that may make you think twice about this place, just like I did. But after experiencing it, I have no regrets! Wishing the staff good health! This place is beyond amazing. The rooms, the ambiance, the vibe, the food , the staffs and the host , they make your stay truly amazing here. The manager Jeffrey is so sweet , I fell sick and he requested the chef to make khichdi and some medicinal drink for me and i felt so much better. Let me tell you, khichdi was not even on their menu. This is my favourite place in North Goa.

I wish I could give this a 6/5 because it only deserves high praise. The property manager, Jeffrey and all the other staff attendants were super sweet, always ready to help. It felt like staying at a home away from home. The property is very nice and modern with great service. Perfect location as well. I’ll definitely be coming back here for my Anjuna visits.

This was our first time in Goa. Presha Suits and Villa turned out to be a great choice. The space is ideal for two, with a cozy room, balcony, and a nice Goan touch to the interiors. There’s a separate living and dining area, and a small counter space that works well for quick meals or coffee. Service was prompt. When we ordered food to the room, it arrived hot and fresh. The pool area was clean and well-kept. A peaceful spot to unwind. The food at their restaurant was a pleasant surprise. The Gobi Manchurian and veg biryani were both delicious. The staff was quick to respond. We appreciated the owner’s warm and friendly nature when we met him on the last day. Room cleaning is done on request. Leave your keys, and it’s taken care of by the time you’re back. The location is another plus. It’s close to Vagator and Anjuna beaches, great cafes like Artjuna and Babka, and we even did a short hike to the Magical Cross. A solid, no-fuss stay. We’d definitely come back.

I suggest and advice not to book this property..Me and my husband came for our Anniversary but we had very bad experience. When we got property it was ok . Next day I asked for Tata sky they told me there is no recharge and I ask to do so but they did not do it . Then next day I asked for bed sheet change again they told laundries clothes did not came and then they put dirty bed sheets again .. that day it self our ac was not working then one person came and did and next day again it was not working .. then they asked us to change room again in that room also ac was not working .. they wasted our so much precious time ..we were like a puppet roaming in one room to another. In may u can imagine how hot it was..WiFi is not working properly.. u can not come and work ..

What should have been a memorable visit seemingly turned out to be a nightmare as my wife and myself had booked our stay here to celebrate our first wedding anniversary. On reaching the property, we were met with immense dismay. The room we got was unhygienic with torn bedsheets and pillow covers, stained towels and smelly areas. Much to our astonishment, we did not get any WIFI during our stay for four days with the excuse of technicians being called almost everyday. The rooms would be cleaned only after repeatedly following up with the reception staff. All in all, the owners of the premise do not seem interested in providing value for money to their visitors. The management seriously needs to look into the upkeep of this premise. Surely, a place which you can give a miss and opt for much cleaner properties in Goa.

Rooms were big with a hall and a bedroom and I paid like 6.3 for 3 nights which is pretty good for the size and location. Clean property as far as I saw plus they're renovating. Some Delhi party was being loud but I couldn't hear it in the room. There was no wifi because roadworks are cutting cables and the curtains had holes but other than that everything was quite great.
