The rooms are ok. The service is bad. They do not even provide good water to drink. The rooms are not cleaned daily. We stayed for 4 nights but they did not come even once to clean the rooms. Do not fall into the swimming pool trap. The swimming pool is only open from morning 9 to evening 7. You cannot have food or drink near the swimming pool.

A great place to stay at Vagator. Rooms are basic but neat and comfortable. Nice greenery around and well maintained pool. Location is at a walkable distance to Jaws restaurant, Vagator beach and flea market. Special mention to the lovely dogs guarding the property.

I had the occasion to walk around town and explore different hotels before choosing one for the two nights I'd be staying in Vagator. After more than 10 hotels with prices often not reflecting the quality at all, I chose this one, which for 2500 rupees a night (cheapest I found was 1500), was very good. Most of the other hotels I found had smelly rooms, ugly colored rooms or unclean pools. This one had everything up to standard ! The payment by card didn't work, however many times we tried. I also wish they systematically lit the pool at night, I had to ask them for it to take a picture, but they keep it off normally.

I recently stayed in this property with my friends and our stay was quite comfortable, owners are warm and helpful, we felt safe and loved the location as it was very convenient. It didn’t feel like a hotel, it felt like home away from home. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for some quite, private, cozy time in Goa. The owners can work on including basic toiletries and late night pool access.

The location of the guest house is great due to its vicinity to Vagator Beach. The ambience is nice and it has its own coffee house and restaurant. It has a beautiful pool which is open for swimming. The quality of the amenities are not up to the mark. Blankets and sheets could be better. Room service is difficult as there are no phones or people available at the reception after dinner hours. The staff and owner are nice. Can do a bit more on the hospitality part.

We had a very very bad experience at garden villa. We had booked it before 10 days we confirm it before 24 hrs they said yes all the set for your Check-in. When we reached there the staff named nalsans' behaviour is not well as he do not want us to check in due to his personal reason. He kept asking us to book another and move to other space saying no electricity and some maintenance ongoing. We waited for 2 hrs also speak to other manager but both are not giving any proper response. At last we decided to move other place. Very bad experience Please never book this property this is my personal experience. Rating minus ⭐ if agoda allows me.

Room is really cool & simple...Reception staff is good. Overall location is very close by beach & very calm. Nice location to spend relax time vth friends & family.
