It was a good place altogether. Service was a bit delay but I guess that’s okay given the off season and less tourist. Anyways I stayed there for a Night and ozran beach was easily accessible.

Nice hotel & staff. Pool is well maintained. Room interiors are really nice. If you’re group you can book all rooms & enjoy a lot. They just have 6-7 rooms only. Breakfast was very good. They have very good wifi connection. It helped me to work there during my travel.

Had a great stay for 2 days. They have all the basic necessities in the room. Mini fridge, Tea kit, Toiletries, AC, Hot water. etc. Room and restroom was very clean and looks like newly painted. Easy to reach. Easy Check in and Check out. There was no latch for restroom but it was fine for me. Rooms are on the ground floor and window faces the road. Sufficient curtains are provided. The road is very secluded but privacy can be an issue for some. Overall, a very good option to stay near Ozran beach.

Me and my wife stayed in this awesome place for 3 amazing nights. This place is located close to many famous places like Raeeth, Hill top, House of Chapora, Titlie, Antares so there are plenty of places to explore nearby also beaches Ozran & Vagator are just 10 mins away by walk. Yet situated in such calm, peaceful and serene surroundings just gives more reasons to stay here and feel the vibes. The dedicated and friendly staff, including Rohita, Bharat, and Gaurav, were like a breath of fresh air. They catered to every need, making my stay incredibly comfortable. The spacious and clean rooms, complete with complimentary coffee supplies, were a delight. Having a dedicated Wi-Fi connection per room made my remote work seamless. The tranquil atmosphere and proximity to restaurants and the beach were the icing on the cake. I can't wait to return!"

If there was an option to give 6 stars, we would give it. We had an amazing stay of 3 nights. It is a new property with just 6 beautiful rooms and pool. Rooms were quite spacious and clean. Big TV of LG offered chill time in room. The property is 5-7 min walking to Ozran beach. It was a very comfortable and we felt like staying in a very private property. The staff is very welcoming and helping, specially Rohita who manages front office. Food is delicious and homely, nothing fancy, the way we prefer. It was one of the best stay we had in Goa and that too without burning a lot of money. Definitely recommend for staying.

My girlfriend and I stayed 6 amazing nights at this establishment. The staff deserve a raise - Rohita, Bharat and the night manager (Name beginning with G, apologies if I spelt any of the names wrong) were simply fantastic - never said no to a single request and was always ready to help and assist us. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and very clean - coffee, milk and sugar included. You get your own WiFi per room - so you are not sharing with everyone else on the property, which was an absolute lifesaver because I also had a few meetings still to attend. The pool is small, but perfectly clean and great to start the day with. The location is incredible - right next to Titlie, Antares, Raeeth, Olive, (House of Chapora, Hilltop Goa - on season) etc. and just 5 mins from the beach and 15 min walk to Chapora Fort. It’s extremely peaceful with very little noise considering the location it’s in. I will 100% be coming back and telling all my friends to come here. The best value for money I’ve come across in Goa.

Nice place near to Anjuna beach. Best part of this hotel is support from the reception incharge. Miss Rohita, sweetest person and supportive. A great Guide to know local place. Our stay was comfortable. The only things which was missing that restorent services because of non season they are not providing Restorant services. I would say Thanks to Rohita to make our stay fantastic.
