★★★Decent hotel for the money. Service is prompt, but limited. Had booked the breakfast buffet, such had a very monotonous spread. Average rooms but spacious. The hotel needs to up it's hygiene. Various stains were found on the shower curtains and bedsheets. ||Overall, very average and decent hotel.

NillThis is the most nastiest and disgusting room I've ever seen in my entire life! EVERYTHING in the room was dirty and the room smelled dusty/mouldy. My friends found a cockroach in their room. One of the staffs here informed me that they don't have enough housekeeping staff. Showed the front desk these pictures and they didn't even bother to apologize. They gave me another room in which the bathroom didn't smell clean. These guys charge 5 - 6k per night for rooms that I wouldn't even stay at for free. Don't be fooled by the good looking entrance to this so-called 3 star hotel.

NillOld rooms with 100 year old Split ACs, mouldy smell and failing infrastructure fancied by an exterior face-lift... Linen has weird marks... Pillows are as old as the hotel.... Could feel things crawling in the sheets... Ur better off sleeping in a commercial town lodge

★We booked this hotel as it was close to the port from where we had to board our cruise ship. It was just for 1 night stay. At night, around 2 am, I woke up with severe bite marks all over my body. My sister was also awake scratching all over her body. We found multiple bed bugs on our bed. We immediately let the staff know, who gave us another room at around 3am. They asked us to leave all our luggage in the old room as bed bug infestation may have spread onto our luggage as well. In the morning, we asked for the manager, who was nowhere to be found. One of their staff, Pratiksha, misbehaved with us when we asked them to take responsibility to giving us a bug infested room. We couldn't sleep whole night and this woman just shrugged her shoulders and told us that this was not done intentionally and they don't have any further responsibility. Only after yelling and creating a rukus, did she even listen to us. We asked them to send our luggage to their washing facility and put them in the dryer at highest temp so that any bed bugs and their eggs can be killed. She refused to do that saying that it's not their responsibility and after much back and forth said it's not possible to do this within 2 hrs. But when we asked for refund, as our stay experience was largely marred, she said she will do the dryer thing in 1 hr only. I said, I will accompany you to the laundry place to personally check if you have done it or not, bcz I don't trust this rude lady at all. She said she can't allow me to go there even though their laundry is not in house, they get it done through an external vendor. Who are they to allow or not allow me to go to an external laundry vendor. I had lost all trust in her at that point. How can something that can't be done in 2 hrs, can now magically be done in less than 1 hr. Who is she trying to fool. Not only is this place extremely unhygienic, but this pratiksha is extremely rude and unapologetic. She accused me of trying to do all this to get a refund. Imagine my horror when I am the one with big red bug bites all over my body and face. I saw other guest also visibility distressed due to some other issue and she was being rude to them too. Such people have no place in the hospitality world and she should be fired. Didn't even hear one sorry from her. All I heard were snarky remarks and accusatory tone. I advise everyone to stay away from such vile place. Bed bug infestation is not a joke that can be taken lightly. Stay far away from this horrible place

NillLocation is good. Clean and quiet location, easy to access. Rooms are large and clean. Although the bathroom partition window was moldy. Complementary breakfast was ok, but it was buffet style, so you can choose what you like. The swimming pool was under maintenance, which was not mentioned before. Overall, it is worth the price

NillWe booked this hotel for its convenience to the port, as we had to board a cruise the next day. It was just a one-night stay, but it turned into a nightmare. We had bedbugs in our room. We got no sleep. Staff wasn't of any help. In the morning, we asked to speak to the manager, but he wasn't available. Instead, we dealt with a staff member named Pratiksha, who was shockingly rude and unapologetic. When we asked the hotel to take responsibility for the bed bug issue, she dismissed us, saying it wasn’t intentional and that they bore no responsibility. Her tone was accusatory, and she even implied we were making a fuss just to get a refund. Imagine being accused of lying when we were the ones covered in red, painful bug bites. We also saw other guests visibly upset, likely dealing with their own issues, and Pratiksha was just as rude to them. Her lack of professionalism and empathy is unacceptable in the hospitality industry. We never heard an apology—just snarky comments and blame-shifting. This hotel is a health hazard, and the staff’s behavior, especially Pratiksha’s, made the experience unbearable. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this place. Bed bug infestations are not something to take lightly, and this hotel clearly doesn’t care.

NillOur family members stayed for 6 days (15/11-21/11 Nov24),we had a good time at the hotel, Special thanks to Mr . Manjunath (House keeping staff) who is very much sincere about his duty & caring too .As we have to check out early morning on the 21/11(5.30 am),We cleared all hotel bills in advance on the 20/11 evening for smooth check out next day..but next day early morning while we deposited the room keys at front desk,one ill behaved staff Mr Sunil Kadari telling us that we have not paid some amount (₹4500/-aprx.),when asked for the details he is unable to provide the same & wasting our time as we have to catch the flight & getting delayed. A competent front desk individual should have been kept by the hotel authority for proper interaction with the customers .Such individuals will only hamper the image of the hotel which is maintained well otherwise.Hope the hotel management will do the needful.

NillEverything about this place is good. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The food ordered was tasty n well portioned. Service was quick and all the staff were very polite. I highly recommend this place and I will visit again for sure.
