Hotel Grand Unity

I spent two days at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised by the level of comfort it offered. The room and bed were impeccably clean and neat, providing a truly comfortable stay. Definitely worth the money for such a pleasant experience!

Stayed here during the world cup final and couldn't have asked for more. While the prices of other hotels were close to 50k for same ambience, I was able to get a room here at a steal deal. The room was good with a queen size bed that can accommodate 2 people and bathroom was really clean. Complimentary breakfast and room service was also available. Apart from location, everything is really good. It's located far from city and cabs will cost you a little too much. I booked it on Goibibo and my only complaint is that there's a 100% charge for cancellations no matter what. Atleast partial refunds should be offered on cancellations. That being said, if you're traveling during peak days such as during Ind Pak game or WC final(now that WC is done probably during IPL season), I suggest you stay here and spend a little more on cabs which will save you a lot at the end of the day.

All the staff are very cordial and friendly.Food is excellent.rooms are clean and spacious.Any complaints are attended immediately. The laundry service is very efficient Best hotel I have seen till today.

The service was horrible. They have no service orientation and not equipped to manage good clients. It was definitely not worth Rs 12,000 a night. Rs 1,500 is max. We have never ever stayed in a place like this

The Hotel is just amazing. The staff, reception, home services and other accessories are top notch and also the ambiance is just awesome owing to its new construction. Don't think twice before you book your room here. Also for the food at canteen is priced at what we see at hotels. Rice dishes have less quantity than what we see elsewhere otherwise the food services are good.

All best. No problems. Very homely and very excellent and good behaviour staff and very hygiene room and restaurant and floor...very good staff coordinate and corporate
