Hotel Hill Park - Best Hotel, Budget Hotel, Family Hotel

The rooms are ok, not that great. This hotel is situated on the 5th and 6th floor. The rooms on the 6th floor are not that well maintained, will get the smell of cigarettes, so try booking on the 5th floor. The location is good as it is situated on the ring road and if one is travelling to places around the city rather than in the city it is very helpful. No toiletries are provided and when we asked for a kettle to boil water, they provided only 1 kettle for 3 families. For breakfast we had only Aloo Paratha and Poha.

Had a extremely painful experience here, I had made a pre paid reservation, and had paid all the charges 2 months in advance. When I arrived here with my family, they said they had given the rooms to other customers. I had even confirmed the availability 2 days before. The reservation desk personnel was extremely rude and was singing while we were left in this huge dilemma. Totally unprofessional experience at this highly priced place. Do not book here. They had escorts coming all the time while we were dealing with situation, it’s not at all suitable for families.

cheap motel with stuck room key, broken locks (even washrooms) broken toilet. Went with a thought that will have the basic toiletries but that also had to be asked for. The inclusive breakfast you can chose from 2-3 items, that will come packed from where god knows. Clumsy beds.

Appropriate for a few hrs stay. Rooms are good enough but service is not upto the mark. Ideal for couples for few hrs stay.

Worst place to stay. Ill-mannered staff. Their staff mistreated me and my mother. We informed them beforehand of our 4AM arrival and they acknowledged, on our arrival, despite efforts, they on purpose didn't wake up sleeping in front of us, on calling to their number on receipt, they woke after so long, told us>5 times that we've to leave before 11AM in spite of us affirming it. Then they refused to show us way to their basement parking since my mother wanted her medicine that she left in the car. We somehow got it ourselves since they told they won't do anything till morning. They kept our IDs & told they'll return them in morning only. When they overheard me talking to my mother that they should be ashamed not helping an old lady getting her medicine& behaving like this, they should not even be titled as peons, they tried to attack me physically, we locked ourselves in our room, they constantly kept on ringing phone, daring my mother to send me out, we packed our bags & had to hire another hotel room. I Lost an important lifetime opportunity because of them :-(

Staff and services of fabhotel is so good they are very humble to you and always make sure that you are going comfortable with them rooms and all the things are very clean and food is also so good you can surely give a try

FabHotel Hill Park's well-maintained facilities and serene ambiance provide a relaxing retreat. i had ao much fun here. the peace here is so soothing. highly recommended!!
