FabHotel NY Townhouse - Hotels in Gota, Ahmedabad

The location is worst. Rare ola and uber service. Bathroom window was not covered and glass broken. No TV connection, bugs moving on bed and tables, no water force for flushing, food ordered was worst and that too was cold. We had to see vaishno devi temple so we approached there but found it worst for investing Rs. 2600.00. Don't go for it.

Booked the room in name of Fab hotel, facility is seems to be a treebo hotel. So many useless communications, front office staff have no courtesy, directly denying the thing, when asked for food @10:40pm the staff at FO said we can't served now. You can order yourself. Then there was some arguments went on. He even ask me to leave the hotel he will return may payment and also asked HK staff to get out my luggage from room. Later on he ordered food for me after consultation with senior. So at first end it is noticed that staff is either not trained or they are purposely doing the things. If you enter for BF in restaurant the staff there runs runs behind you for asking room number first instead of informing about food menu. No food choice but was ok Rooms are not regularly used and was with full of dust and spider webs and live spiders in bathroom. Small insects was there in the room at night. Linens are completely old and fully blackened, not fresh one having long hairs and stains. I can say this is not hotel it's seems to be a lodge. Fab team if you want to verify this send some auditor as guest and then you can come to know the real status.
