The hotel manager is arrogant and not cooperative. They do not allow check-in for low-tariff guests at first, you have to fight to get checked in. The hotel staff and manager's behavior was terrible. He make you feel like you owe something to him and living without paying money. Hotel rooms are very dirty and not cleaned properly without proper ventilation and fans. Rooms have less natural light. While on application photos look very attractive.

One word.. disgusting! The photos of the room on the Oyo app were clean and premium. In reality, the property is terrible. The receptionist is very arrogant and despite many customers complaining about him in Google reviews, it’s surprising he is not fired yet. If you love to stay in clean hotels, this property is not for human stay.

Really a bad experience. They first refused to accept my booking saying that i have to pay extra as they do not honor oyo rates. When I refused to pay extra, they said I will have to wait as the room were not ready. When I ssid I am planning to stay for a week, they showed me a room and said i will have to pay extra than the oyo rates. I agreed just to get the room for my one night booking through oyo. Room was pretty bad. Bed was broken, window glass in bathroom was completely broken and was covered by a curtain. Bad smell and cockroach on bed. Simply pathetic. Oyo should delist these hotels and take action.

Manager is Fraud.. My booking for 2 adults and manager said that booking is for only 1 adult so I've to pay extra money.. please be aware. Because hotel management can edit your booking and literally he is cheater. So be careful

Horrible experience to travel here. The rooms are small. The sheets were not cleaned when we arrived. We only got hot water in the shower and no cold water at all. The washroom door mats are dirty and not changed in a long time. The shower pores are full of scale and not functional properly. Since a lot of young guys and girls visit it might be ok for them but the maintenance is not really good. Water was also not provided on arrival and received it only in the night.

Rooms are too small , rooms window was not working , Location are not safe for night. Customer service support was poor. kitchen staff are moody , they don't provide food what you want , they will say yes for that Food what they wants to serve you.. wrost experience, higher rates . Recommend Hotel Sparsh INN in this budget with outstanding service.

Location is good.Rooms are good as compared the price.For Housekeeping service is not up to the mark,you need to call the housekeeper for cleaning.classic view with double bed room size is small but AC rooms. Overall good room with 1k budget.

Butiful place.We go marriage in Ahmedabad Books 13 room's.good cleaning 🧹 same rooms have some issues in water 💦 so one tink I saying about your food place mantain good food
