Hotel Shivashish

Very arrogant stuff. Welcomed us with disrespect and rudeness.They have problems in providing basic amminities, in our room inter-com was not working. staff doesn't care if there is a lady in the travel. Made us wait 1 and half hour just to clean up the room, insisted us to pay extra for no reason at all, which is very ridiculous. Very poor service and i would exhort the people reading this message to never enter this arrangement they call a hotel, there are much better hotels with greater service.

It was a nice experience with staying in Shivashish hotel. Service staff was polite and nice, especially the front desk Manager. Food was very tasty and nice. Thanks a lot guys.

Good, nice and clean hotel. Manager Happy Singh behaviour and treating guests are very good. Comfortable stay with good service.

I think all good reviews are paid by the restaurant owner/manager....As soon as I entered the hotel & ask to show me the room, "1 person chai ki chuskiyan lekar bolta hai ki sir 15 mins lagenge'...I said ki bhaiya aap kewal room dikha do...uske baad I will make my decision whether to stay or not...but he said ki chai pehle customer baad me.....I think Hotel owner should fire him as he disrespect the customer & does not honour the customer....& In today's world, customer is the king.....

Very gud experience with this hotel I booked from. MMT and amazing staff clean rooms best service... I always now choose this hotel it's hard from me to book at tha spot so I booked before 1 week Rooms: very nice and comfortable
