**Hotel Review: A Disappointing Stay** My recent stay at Parkland A was, unfortunately, a rather disappointing experience. From the moment I stepped into my room, it was clear that cleanliness was not a priority for this establishment. The room had not been properly cleaned and the floor was not only dirty but reeked of a strong, unpleasant odor of phenyl, making the atmosphere almost unbearable. As for the amenities, there was practically nothing to speak of. There was a bottled water and single small bar of soap, in the name of amenities. The overall experience was far from what I expected, and I would not recommend this hotel to others unless significant improvements are made.

The overall experience was okayish for one night stay. That Hotel is inside the mall. Probably they don't have kitchen they get food parcel from outside and serve you. When I asked hot water to drink, it served me into broken plate and steel glass..The plate was dirty and broken. Room was Good for the price but I service was not that good..towels provided with stains on it. .

At first room seemed good but at night bedbugs and small cockroaches and other tiny insects lingering on the bed. Roaming all over the body. Can’t sleep the whole night. Worst to have a calm sleep overnight because above it is movie theatre due to which their sound and bass don’t allow you to sleep. Choose your stay wisely!!

Great budget hotel near test center. The washroom door lock was not functional in the room i stayed but other than that I have no issues.

I recently had the misfortune of staying at this hotel, and it was a complete disaster. The manager was incredibly rude and disrespectful towards me, speaking to me in a condescending and unprofessional tone. But that was just the beginning. When I asked if my friend could visit me in my room for a few hours, the manager demanded an extra cash payment, which he was not supposed to as on the website,the guest was allowed to go till the room. If the guest requests to stay for the night, then i understand, but my friends visited only for 4 hrs and he started demanding extra cash for that disrespectfully and without any logic of his. Utter nonsense. The whole experience was utterly unacceptable, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The manager's behavior was appalling, and the hotel's policies are clearly designed to exploit guests. Avoid this place at all costs! Here are some specific issues I experienced: - Rude and disrespectful manager - Unscrupulous practices, such as demanding extra cash payments - Unreasonable restrictions on visitor stays - Unfriendly and unhelpful staff Needless to say, I will never be staying at this hotel again, and I urge others to do the same. There are plenty of other hotels that offer much better service and value for money.

Good place, price also affordable Passage exit is small other rooms beds and services are good.

I have stayed many times in this hotel and the prices are good with great and fast service I will keep reservation with parkland
