Hotel Chandra Palace

My recent experience at Chandra was far from satisfactory. The level of service provided by the staff fell short of expectations, with delays in responses and a lack of proactive assistance. Additionally, the cooling system in my room was extremely inefficient, making it difficult to find respite from the heat. Despite requesting another room due to the AC issue, the staff failed to accommodate my request, leaving me uncomfortable throughout my stay. The combination of poor service and inadequate cooling made for a disappointing experience overall, and I would caution others considering this hotel.

Relatively clean and proper rooms in budget. Check the room before you get checking in. Issue of hot water is there. The service personnel are very annoying. You get the AC room in the range of 1000 to 1500 INR at this place. No food nor packaged drinking water facility is available at the hotel so get prepared for it. As a solo traveler you can give it a try.

Nice , clean, and affordable newly built property with all basic amenities. People are good and helpful. They also accept Google pay payment apart from Cash. Just climbing down the stairs there is a good and affordable restaurant where you can have your meals. Even they have room service. NIce Clean Bathrooms with Mixer Shower.Recommended for a short stay. Although there is difference in the online rates displayed and actual rates when you barge in, they advice not to book online and directly book with them. Only Disadvantage: No parking Facility. So, Can't bring your own vehicle. Geyser switch they control from reception so everytime you want to take a bath you have to announce it to them.

Complete disaster for the family, construction work was on for the whole night. Manager, owner and the hotel staff was completely ingrorant to the problems faced by the guests.

The hotel has a decent room and maintained washrooms.Close to ChandKedha bus stop.Support staff are ok but no problem to stay and spend a night or two with this hotel

Strictly average. The building doesn't even look like a hotel but the rooms are okay so overall just an average hotel. Only stay if you have no better choice.
