OYO Hotel Nik Palace

Absolutely pathetic. Not acceptable in any condition. 🥵🥵🥵 Very unsatisfied. Firstly they charge more than you booked on. Secondly their rooms are very dirty, even their AC rooms are not clean. 100% waste of money. Avoid at all circumstances. I paid for food, but they didn’t provided it.

Horrible experience , it’s a purely on line booking fraud , they collected our money in advance and there no option to get our money back if we can’t find the hotel or we feel we are cheated , whole night me and my driver were searched for this hotel and couldn’t locate it even though we use the google map , as per the map it’s showing the hotel location but there was no such hotel, it’s a trap to snatch our money because there was no contact details were provided to contact the person or office so my advice to other’s is don’t book such hotels who have no contact desk or mobile number , please look for prominent hotels who have 24 hrs front desk service and contact numbers , i lost my money and ended up a sleep on the chair sardar vallbaipatel air port

In short This hotel management are filled with cheaters.. booked in Oyo with 549 rs, they don't accept and ask me to get return from Oyo and charged 800 in cash and don't provide receipt as well.. Minus me review.. Why Oyo is keep continue with the.

Change your location from map. The navigation is showing us the false location. Your hotel is near galaxy cinema but the location bring us to dolphin circle which is almost 3 km away from the original hotel location

Never book or stay here.. Rooms are very dirty and you can found a mouse into the rooms also. Bedsheets are not washable Service support is also really poor

Never visit this hotel he dont give room to online booking and for offline booking it is very expensive for everyone.

Denied for room even if they have sufficient rooms and there staffs doesn't know how to behave.
