Four Points by Sheraton Ahmedabad

The stay was good and comfortable. The food was good. Staff was very friendly. ||I ordered butter chicken for dinner. It was delicious. The chicken pieces should have been smaller in size. ||The only complaint is that the buffet breakfast was almost cold. Not even warm. It was tasty though. ||But all in all , value for money. The best part to mention is the staff at reception, serving area was very helpful. And special thanks to Puja for serving me a perfect coffee, exactly the way i like it.

We had a trip to 'The Eatery' for a evening buffet with family. The ambience for The Eatery is very good. The staff seemed to be a little preoccupied but were cooperative and helpful. There are a good selection of food items from salads, live counter, starters to main course and desserts. Subjectively, I found the taste to be a bit lacking and bland across most of the dishes. The highlights for me were the fish starters, chicken curry and the hazelnut cake. I wished for more. For the overall value proposition I would say the buffet price does not completely justify the taste experience. But the experience exists and is above average considering ambience, service and food taste. A unusual thing we noticed was that the eatery is on the fist floor and the washrooms are on the ground floor. Would have preferred to at least have them on the same floor.

Excellent family hotel. All staff right from check in to check out were very polite and welcoming. Buffet breakfast menu had varied options. We had a lovely stay. Thank you Four Points Sheraton!!

I had the most relaxing weekend stay at Four Points Sheraton Ahmedabad! From the moment we arrived, the personalized welcome set the tone for an exceptional experience. The highlight of our stay was the delightful high tea on bed—a luxurious touch that made the morning extra special. Both the buffet breakfast and buffet dinner were a culinary delight, with an array of delicious options that catered to every palate. Staffs are polite, service is excellent on just a call. Food was awesome. After using 5-6 hotels in Ahmedabad in the last 2 years, I must say this is my favourite hotel as per experience.||Now, this will be my permanent stay place for every month when I will be traveling there.

Chef Suneel, Mr Puja Chaudhary, Vijay Bisht, Anil Sir, Subham Negi and rest of the staff are really supportive, cooperative and amazing. I appreciate their efforts for each and everything. Great ambience and services provided by the team.
