Staff behaviour is very rude. I booked a large room for 3 adults from Agoda paying extra for a bed still reception staff didn't give us room saying they couldn't give room to 3 adults and instead gave 2 very small rooms with non-functioning geysers and air conditioners. Pathetic to say the least, there are so many other better options.

The very hectic stay, sleeping in other rooms, bathroom used in another room, no clinliness in room, staff behaviour is very rude, AC not working properly, also bill not provided, they told added extra money for bill. Suggest please not booked these hotels

I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a budget-friendly stay without compromising on quality and service. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit. Hotel staffs provide you "awful" service. Receptionist behaviour is very rude. At the time of check-out, he will hijack your phone to rate his hotel 5 stars. I had to snach my phone from him because he wasn't returning my phone. Still he managed to mark his hotel 5 stars in OYO app. They will provide you seal open water bottle (fillong water from their third class RO) and charge you ₹20/bottle and will start arguing that the bottle was sealed. Also they switched our room in the middle of our stay and we had to repack everything. Only good thing was that the rooms were clean.

Very Bad condition of the Rooms - Smelly Room , Pictures are on website are totally Different, It's look like 10 year old property - Broken switches, Broken Tiles in the washroom, Dusty Rooms .. Staff is good , But owner need to take care of that , Very bad condition Will not come again

Staff is very rude in behaviour,front desk person(Narayan Desai) is very rude person and does not give room if booking done through OYO,AGODA or any online portals and demanding more money amounting 1200 per night,even if you done prepaid booking. In short,never book this hotel if you want to save your money and time.

I would not at all recommend this hotel. As online you will see the prices are less and if you do booking online specially via OYO. Bingo you have completed wasted your time and money. Because property owner will deny checkin mentioning the reason that those are not our standard hotel price. We can't provide booking at such a low price. So either you have to pay him the extra big amount what he will ask for or keep struggling on road finding another option. Best part is even OYO won't do anything to help.

Fake rating is done by the receptionist by taking your phone with the excuse of looking for some information on OYO app. Worst service I have received from any hotel staff. The receptionist is rude and impolite. They charge you for water with open seal bottles (filled with tap water). Don't stay here!!!
