Townhouse 812 Hotel The Grand White

There was no staff at the hotel, and I had to move out. The room was extremely dirty, and there was no cleaning service at all. Please avoid staying here.

The place was located well and was connected to major circles and transport medium. The only real disadvantage of staying here is the menace of cockroaches which make life hell for any traveller. They are everywhere... On the floor, in the bed and inside every drawer. It's also full of mice, as we can hear them running inside the false ceiling. Things turned bad to worse when I entered the shower and it had no real water pressure at all. It was leaking all the time and although basic amenities were given, there was very less done in the name of cleaning and servicing the room. We asked the bedsheets to be changed and they refused saying there are no more extra clean sheets available. Although repeated pursuation did lead them to clean our room and give us fresh sheets and towels. The service is bad as well... Slow and non responsive with really no thoughts given to patrons wishes or basic needs.

Had a horrible experience. The room was full of rats, smelly and unkept. I had to ask the hotel to provide me a different room. Such hotels should not be on your platform.

Third class hotel, third class staff, third class room, ac not working, tv me recharge nai, hot water nai, i really don't like it they charged me 1575 and give me service like 150 i hate this place

Hassle free entry... No extra charges than online booking. Prompt service. No disturbance. Clean and silent room. Cordial reception service. Location is far from market.

Poor cleaning, fan noicy, gusser not working, I lost room magnatic key...thay charge me 472rs. Infact it's just sell online on 10rs. Bad experience

I reached hotel after paid booking of Rs.3083/- on 27-12-2022 from Bopal almost 30kms but as we reached the hotel ,I received a message from OYO that we have to go to other hotel which were 6 to 9 kms.away. which I didn't availed. So it caused lots harrasment and now OYO should refund my money with Rs. 10000/- as penalty, otherwise I will uninstall OYO App.
