It's in a terrible area. The rooms are small and dingy. There are flies everywhere. The staff is not presentable. They don't even give you sealed water bottles. I have come to associate some quality with the Fab name. I think I'll need to stop this expectation. Clearly Fab has focused on scale too much to bother about what the brand stands for. Disappointed with Fab a lot more than I was with this hotel.

Worst property ever visited at fab hotels. The team of fab should go and visit the site. Non professional staff. Pathetic breakfast. Charging 100 for breakfast and provided street idli of worst quality and cup of tea. Ac not working properly. Leakage in flush bathroom not clean

Stop cheating customers ,after seeing the situation of rooms full of cockroach I did not check in.Pathetic service. Please do proper survey before giving fab hotel tag .

Experience of staying at this hotel was joyful. Staff is very cooperative, polite, humble. They provide good service. The owner is very helpful. Check in time :10AM Check out time : 10AM Let's talk about prices 1200+GST= 1344₹ per day. As per my opinion the price are quite suitable for every person. Service U can get here: Free wifi Loundry Breakfast- Tea/Coffee Here bathroom and washroom are clean and well maintained. Hot and cold water available 24 HRS. Rooms are cleaned everyday.

I felt like I'm in hell for one night. Full of cigar smell in room. 4 ppl were sleeping outside room making Full noises, Their snoring sound was there for complete night. I couldn't sleep even for a movement. No ventilation. Breakfast was pathetic
