Very Bad experience do not book from OYO because I book room i received confirmation from OYO also payment done online which is showing in APP whenever I visit hotel staff asking more payment Rs- 300 he denied to give me room also.i request to him kindly cancel bookings from hotel side he denied to me we can not do same . They behave very rudely which is not acceptable do not book room in this hotel .I pay more 300 Rs because I am not wasting my time .also hotel not maintained hygiene standards.Stay away from OYO booking of this hotel otherwise they cheat you surely. OYO team kindly look into it because people dont know hotel they use your name.

Not at all happy with the kind of service provided by the hotel I check in yesterday 13th sept 2022, due to emergency booking from my company. The hotels location is very much convenient located right in front of busy main road however not easy to find. Rooms are the worst part my room didn't have a wash basin which is un necessity and when your charging 1200 bucks and not providing even a single water bottle it makes the travellers annoyed at night. The shameless person at reception who show me the room was asking for tip, which was very annoying as what he did was to give me a refilled water bottle which was unsilled a rough towel and thumb size medimix soap the AC was humming & vibrating all night long. The corridor leading to rooms is very scary and gives the impression of a CHADDAR BADLU HOTEL. looking at the condition of the rooms I don't think the hotel might not have earned more without support from COUPLES 😜

First of all I'd like to say that the room provided was nothing close to what is shown in the reference images. The room key provided was broken. That means we could not lock the room when we went out for food. The room wasn't mopped or sweeped. There were hair all over the floor and over the mattress as well. Even the dustbin had waste lying in it. Toiletries were provided only for one person when we had already mentioned that two people will be staying in the room. The TV in the room didn't work and the room was not in the best condition as we expected. When we asked for a different room, we were told that this is the only vacant room in their whole property. There was no provision of hot water in the washroom. There was no toilet seat on the commode. The flush tank didn't have a handle to flush. The jet spray in the room was also broken. To my astonishment i found the handle of the flush and the jet broken and lying in the bathroom itself behind the door. This shows how careless the staff and owner of this hotel are. The walls in the room were dirty as well and the almira was full of dust. Last but not the least, there was no intercom in the room.

Service is too worst. Got complications while chek-in. The room and bed is not cleaned. And dont don't forget to book this hotel by OYO.

The worst experience ever stayed in Hotel Things which were not Good- I have stay 4 night this is a waste property and if we open curtain outside view is clear people can see from Outside- Fan Regulator not working- Ventilation Fan in bathroom not working- Flush hosepipe broken down.- Light inside bathroom not adequate- No Washbasin in Washroom- The soap provided was of lowest quality- As soon as i checked in the person asking for Tip This was my one of the worst experience stayed in Hotel room. It was my sleepless night. Ambiance in room was also not proper. And room and bathroom celing was water droping

Not so happy with stay that's why give 3 star, staffs are good and understand problem, but in room found rodent and ants, not able to sleep in night thanks to reception guy after 2 times request and show the rodent video to him he finally transfer to other available room at 4 am. Plz do pest control regularly for update room quality .

The most uncomfortable stay I just checked inn and i came from cambay the room has cockroaches informed the reception however no help, I am in the room and continiocont there is some noise coming from outside maybe some carpter working. I think the most foolish decision I I have taken to stay in this hotel everything is shabby the room has Pan spit stains the bed sheets also has stains I don't know how people stay here. Hope someone is listening and does something or takes things seriously.

No hygiene, bed sheet were torn, washroom were uncleaned, no hot water. No soaps n shampoo provided when visiting after request they gave. Also person at front desk at night was difficult to wake him.
