We spent 2 nights at The Mani Mansion as a family group of 5 adults travelling from NZ. We were kindly upgraded to suites which was very grand. Nikam was so helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. The location was central but also quiet given it was down a side street. Hot water was a bit scarce when we needed it, but we did get a couple of reasonable showers. The restaurant food and breakfast was good.

Had a wonderful time staying at Mani Mansion. We took the deluxe suite. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast buffet was nice. The food was balanced and suited our pallet. Although the rooms were clean, it can be much cleaner. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and is located in a central location making it a must visit.

Good hospitality. My flight got delayed by 7hrs so thought to wait at the hotel. Though i did a check out, the staff was really very supportive and helped me for everything. |The food at the south indian restaurant was also amazing. |Overall staying experience was good for the amount they changed. during our recent stay in a premium suite for New Year's eve. We encountered a strong smell of polished wood upon arrival, causing discomfort. Our second day was disrupted by early morning carpentry noise, despite our requests to stop. The afternoon brought more wood polishing, further disturbing our stay. We had hoped for a restful New Year's celebration, but the disruptions fell short of our expectations. Offering an alternative room would have been considerate given the circumstances. Regrettably, we cannot recommend your hotel based on this experience. We hope you address these issues for future guests.||Room Number 109

Not recommended if you care about quality service, cleanliness, or if you do not want to be cheated. Our experience at this hotel was disappointing, primarily due to the receptionist, Neelam, who was extremely rude and incompetent. We initially checked the hotel's website and found a certain price for a room. Since we had some questions, we decided to visit in person instead of booking online. However, upon arrival, Neelam quoted us a higher price. When I pointed out that the hotel's own website showed a lower rate for the same room, she dismissively said, "Try booking it, sir." Surprisingly, when I attempted to book the room online while standing at the reception, all the rooms suddenly appeared as sold out, making it impossible to proceed. Just moments before entering the hotel, the same rooms were available for booking. This felt highly suspicious. Since we couldn’t secure the rate we expected, we decided to leave and look for another option. Strangely, just 10 minutes after leaving, the same rooms became available again online. I proceeded to book at the lower price. From this experience, it became clear that Neelam noticed we were traveling with our entire family in the sweltering heat and assumed we had no choice but to take the room at an inflated price. It seems she deliberately removed the room listings online to manipulate the situation. This kind of behavior is manipulative and unfair. We ultimately stayed at this hotel only because we were traveling for medical treatment at a hospital located right next to it. Otherwise, we would have never chosen it. Aside from the unethical pricing tactics, there were several other issues: Language barrier: The staff does not speak or understand English. This hotel is not recommended for those who do not speak Gujarati or Hindi. Hygiene concerns: The rooms and amenities are outdated and do not match the pictures online. The bedsheets had brown stains, raising doubts about their cleanliness. False advertising: The overall interiors ans the pool, while a welcome relief in the Indian heat, looks much older and less appealing than the images suggest. Overall, this hotel fails in service, transparency, and hygiene. The only redeeming factor is the presence of a pool, though even that does not meet expectation. I do not recommend staying here.

Dear team, always @ Mani Mansion - I have diner last night at your hotel sister's birthday party @ 10 pm coming to hotel and order food 10.15 and allredy enjoying food but your staff not co operative with us subji order 2 time reciting sabji order is different but sabji reciting same and 10.30 ask kichan is close. Dal rise not provide and all family mamber irritating service and staff behaviour not good I persnolly not recomended this hotels to every one from staff behavior is not good and pathetic service from your hotel. Rating is 0 of your staff Please take strike accetion to your stff

Mrs Neelam Kapadia, at the reception was very rude and uncooperative. We had to cancel our booking without any refund and book another place at the last minute. Very pathetic hospitality We had asked for my entry in the hotel simply to get changed before a match, not to stay the night together which was very clear from the start. Because we were unmarried, I wasn’t allowed to enter the restaurant, have breakfast or enter the swimming pool. That is going beyond the policy of staying together as unmarried couples, it was creating a moral judgement on me and my friend which is not acceptable at all. Unlike WelcomeHeritage who used a fine print and went beyond the “staying together” clause, other hotels in Ahmedabad specified and asked if there are unmarried couple at booking so the customer can make an informed choice.

NRI - DONT STAY HERE! Take care of your privacy details! I have been visiting this place for cafe since its inception. Today when I booked the place for a stay, to my surprise, experience was horrible. The manager was not at all supportive, on the contrary he was extremely rude. For my husband, He asked for C form which I came across for the first time. He said he wants to click his pic, I asked what for? He said this is policy, I mentioned that in the past week when I visited 5 stars, none of them has asked for it. However when we agreed for the pic, I requested that you show the form wherein you are adding all my details. These details included his VIsa and all other details. He outrightly denied that he won’t show me the form. I said atleast show me what details you are adding about us. He on the contrary showed me the visa info and details of other two pple staying there, which Is extremely stupid (it is a big breach of other pple privacy who are staying there). When I said I am sharing details, just let me take a pic of the form, or let me talk to top mgmt, he told me to either stay OR LEAVE! Being faithful to this place for sooo long, this was totally unexpected behaviour by a staff! I would recommend all the NRIs to please take care about their privacy details when they visit here! Totally useless mgmt and behaviour!
