It was a great and very comfortable visit, the staff was very courteous and made sure about the comfort of our stay. Ms Mofida was very helpful during the whole stay. The food was also great, room service very prompt and the ambience of the hotel as well as the room was up to the mark.

An absolute horror story. Understaffed restaurant only one person to serve all guests at dinner and breakfast. Broken toasters which are unique to this amazing property toasts only one side of bread. GM is so busy that he has no time to meet aggrieved clients. Staff at front office misleads by saying at one moment GM is in a meeting and after 10 minutes GM is not in hotel.

Zodiac restaurant is a great place to sit down and enjoy a homely meal while getting exceptional customer service. The menu has variety of selection that caters to all different types of pallets and dietary restrictions. The staff was great including but not limited to Swati, Lokhender, and Amanpreet.

I recently visited Zodiac and had a wonderful experience. The ambiance was cozy and intimate, with dim lighting and comfortable seating. Our server was friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed.||The food was delicious, with generous portion sizes.||Overall, I'd give Zodiac 4.5/5 stars.

We had an incredible experience at this hotel! The staff's communication was outstanding – always prompt, courteous, and ready to assist. The services provided were top-notch, from the spotless rooms to the delicious dining options. Every detail was taken care of, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a seamless and luxurious experience. I have great experience here with my family. Dravida restaurant in it is one of the best available restaurants in Ahmedabad for South Indian Cuisine. It is always available on busy days which we love the most about this place. Ambience is also amazing. Food was delicious and service was awesome. Special kudos to whole team.

All over all staff are welcoming and behaviour is so nice..food is also good all time favourite buffet and breakfast is nice. In staff Ms. Swati, amanpreet and akansha servers very well and bala chief prepared testy food every day..and other staff like krishna and saurabh timely gave their services.

I had one of the worst experiences at Fortune Hotel Ahmedabad. The air conditioning in my room wasn’t working from the afternoon, and despite repeated complaints, they only sent someone to fix it at 1 AM. That person kept fiddling with the AC until 3 AM, disturbing my entire night. Eventually, they changed my room—only for the same issue to happen again. The new room’s AC stopped cooling after a short while. To make matters worse, the charging point was faulty. When I tried plugging in my charger, there was a short circuit that knocked out the room’s lights, and now my charger is completely damaged. I didn’t even bother complaining again because the service is unbelievably bad. Highly disappointed—definitely not recommended.
