Hotel Avenue Plaza

Rooms are a bit small as compared to the pricing but are well maintained. The only negative impression is about the AC not cooling properly even for such small room (at 16°C)

Booked this place to attend a friends wedding, as this hotel was close to the venue. The hotel rooms were ok (not squeaky clean) but the bathroom was very dirty. Also they dont give toilet paper. There was AC and a TV which was working. Did not find the staff to be hospitable, here are some instances.. For some reason they were not smiling. They dont offer to help with your luggage. They gave me unclean plates and cutlery when requested for it. They have their loud prayers at 8:30 am spoiling our sleep. The rooms are not soundproof at all, they should know that. Felt the hotel was shady Next day booked the Artilla Inn which was much better than here, and just slightly expensive.

We stayed for 3 nights and had no complaints. The price is reasonable and affordable. Staff is very polite and courteous. Rooms are very well set up and clean. They cleaned our rooms everyday. Location is perfect. We found all the amenities around. Very happy with our stay at this hotel and we will be going back again next month.

If you are coming to CIMS Hospital, Locatio wise This Hotel is best for you, Newly constructed I think 5-6 Month old only. 10 Rooms are there, located on 3rd floor (lift available) Staff nature is friendly, Rooms are good but not so spacious. But you can consider. One advice- after checking online price. You can call hotel directly because they can give you good amount of discount and also support you for early check in.

We stay here for 1 night.. they maintain hygiene and cleanliness. also location is very good and service provided by them is fantastic.. very comfortable stay.
