Poorest and most untidy hotel of ahmedabad! 0% close to the pictures shown online! Rusty bathrooms, dirty af carpets, worst customer support after complaints raised! They won’t even work upon the complaints! The hotel is a very old property and it’s super dirty and stinky! When I raised complaints and requests against the bad experience just after checking the rooms before even moving the luggage into the room they didn’t even help or support for a cancellation with partial refund or any refund at all! Worst hotel and rooms! Please don’t stay or recommend this place to everyone!

Please dont ever book this hotel. The hotel is so shady, full of frauds and unprofessional people. We did a booking from Agoda and the booking was confirmed. However, they denied straight by saying no such booking has been received by them inorder to extort extra penny. I have never ever experienced this kind of service from a hospitality industry. They are not even worth of a single star hotel.

Had a great experience at The Sky Imperial , Thaltej. The rooms were comfortable and clean, offering a relaxing stay. The food was fantastic, with a great and delicious flavors. The staff was courteous, making the whole experience even better

We stayed here for 2 nights and i must say,one of the finest hotel in Ahmedabad 1. Rooms are clean ,neat and comfortable. 2. Service of staff is quick and helpful I highly recommend this hotel for a stay . would definitely visit again

Arvind kumar general manager.they have been of great support when it comes to hospitality.loved the imperial hotel and property location.overall a great staycation for the family and my daughter was in love with the hotel rooms. I had great experience in the imperial hotel ahmadabad.everything was nice there.the general manager arvind kumar himself asked me about my self,I felt very welcome his pass team is also very supportive, the hotel is well maintained but the lobby area space is less.
