The rooms are clean and the food is delicious, so I am enjoying a comfortable stay at the hotel every day. Ms. Richa and all the other hotel staff were kind and friendly, so I didn't feel any stress during my stay and it was very comfortable. I also recommend this hotel to my colleagues when they come to visit.

Was on a business trip to Ahmedabad and choose this hotel. Had a very comfortable stay at The Sky Imperial Hotel. The hotel location is great and very easy to reach. The staffs were very cooperative and the food was delicious. A big thanks to Mr Arvind Pathak who made my stay arrangements such comfortable. Will recommend this hotel to all.

I am sorry to give one star as there is no zero star. The Sky Imperial hotel is just a sticker name of Cambay Hotel, which is in defaulter list. The hotel is in pathetic condition. Only 2 floors are working right now. There is no services at all. I don't know why they are running the hotel. I request all not to book in this hotel.

DO NOT BOOK! SCAM If you still do - DO NOT PAY ANY ADVANCE The worst 3-star hotel (that's what they claim)! Pictures on websites are deceiving. MOST HIGH REVIEWS ARE REPETATIVE AND THROUGH SAME USERNAMES. I CHECKED FEW OTHER PLATFORMS AS WELL 1. Booking Issues: I made my reservation for 3 nights through their official website and paid half the amount in advance, expecting a smooth check-in. However, when I arrived at around 11:30 PM, the manager claimed they hadn’t received any booking under my name. I showed him the partial payment receipt and email confirmation, but he seemed genuinely shocked and worried. After a brief discussion with the caretaker, he reluctantly told us, “We have only one room left – you can take it if you want or decide what you want to do.” 2. Unhygienic and Poorly Maintained Facilities: The corridor carpets had a strong, moldy smell, and in several spots, they were torn with visible white powdery mold. (Pictures attached.) The room door wouldn’t open properly with the key, and after repeated attempts, only the staff seemed able to get it open with a master key. The shower was broken, and wooden flooring was damaged. The couches in the room were both smelly and moldy. The lift panels were held by plastic tapes. 3. Rat Infestation: The most disturbing issue was that there was a rat hole under the bedside table. When I raised this concern, both the manager and caretaker were already aware of it but did not inform us upon check-in. When I complained, the manager casually said, "The rats haven't come in for two days, so maybe you can manage for one night." After that, both he and the caretaker ignored any further communication. This lack of care and customer service was unacceptable. 4. Not just this branch - the main office customer service made reasons for not addressing the issue. I called 4 different times to explain the issue to 4 different people over the period of a week. Reasons like - Sir isn't in the office - We'll call you back - last call the guy asked me to hold the call and eventually disconnected and then not picking up my call. This experience was far below any reasonable standard. The lack of hygiene, poor maintenance, and outright disregard for guests' comfort and safety make me highly recommend avoiding this hotel.

Terrible Experience – Avoid This Hotel I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. Here’s why: 1. **Misleading Location & Photos** – The hotel’s location was not correctly available on Google Maps, making it difficult to find. The photos on MakeMyTrip looked promising, but the reality was shockingly different. 2. **Dirty & Unmaintained Premises** – The entrance was unclean, and the hotel was undergoing **renovation**, which was never mentioned beforehand. Dust and debris were everywhere. 3. **Uncomfortable & Poorly Maintained Rooms** – The room was in a terrible condition: - Damaged flooring - Paint peeling off the walls - Cobwebs in the corners - No phone or intercom for assistance - **AC barely worked**, making the stay extremely uncomfortable - The **TV was there but completely non-functional** 4. **Filthy Bathroom** – The bathroom was not cleaned properly, adding to the unpleasant experience. In the morning, the **water flow in the shower was extremely weak**, making it difficult to freshen up. 5. **Terrible Dining Options** – The in-room dining was **very limited** – only a few **veg main courses** available, with **no starters, no papad, and no variety**. I asked for an **ice bucket and a cold water bottle**, but both were **unavailable**. 6. **Lift Issues & Accessibility Problems** – At night, **the lift stopped working**, and I had to take the **service lift to the 4th floor, then climb stairs to the 6th floor**. This was highly inconvenient and unsafe. Overall, this hotel was a complete disappointment. The **reality was far from what was promised online**, and the **lack of basic amenities and cleanliness made the stay unbearable**. **Do yourself a favor and avoid this place!** ⭐ Rating: 1/5 (Would have given 0 if possible!)

The hotel is in a great location if you are simply looking for a place to stay and rest.however,if you're expecting to enjoy a hotel -style experience,this may not be the ideal choice.while i appreciate the staff's efforts to provide good service
