NillThe rooms are decent, still not worth the tariff. The staff, however, is very cordial and helpful. If you are looking for a place near Gurudwara, then it is ideal. The best part of the hotel is the hospitality, if that is one of your concern then definitely go for it.

NillPathetic Service, No Professional ethics, Worst service and rotten food served in their restaurant "Punjab Tadka". Shameless Management staff too , as after serving rotten food twice , they are shamelessly issuing the bill to us. Even after asking many times not providing the contact of the owner. Even after mentioning that we have a patient along with us , they again has served us rotten food , claiming that we have made it fresh.After complaining the waiter himself has checked the meal and agreed about their mistakes, but the manager and other admin staff were shamelessly behaving unethical with us. So, not even 0 stars to them , negative ranking for them and don't waste ur time and money and I'll say never visit here.

NillVery monotonous service and i think they have only 4 room service staffs. Moreover, In the room condition is also so dirty and bed is so hard can't able to sleep well, AC is also not working and while reporting to staff they don't came in first call. Now on breakfast time they don't give fresh dosa. I never ever recommend this hotel to other and it is unworthy feeling

NillWorst hotel.staff is very arrogant. Bath rooms were leaking and stinking. Food is the worst. We stayed in that hell for two days as we had no other choice. Don't trust the photos shown. Crazy staff and manager too rude . From Dr R. G Nambiar

NillOne of the third class hotel i had ever seen, Rooms are dirty, toilet was stinking and worst in condition, There was only 01 Item in Breakfast, Front office manager is not supportive at all. There was many insects in room and toilets. Wil never recommend it to anyone. Please be aware think twice before booking this hotel.

NillExcellent service and very cordial front office and service staff. Food is pretty good. Very clean rooms. Sad that the hotel is pretty shabby in terms of worn out paint, creaky pipes and a/c, cracked sanitary ware. Bed linen was ok but towels are pretty old.

NillMy travel desk team has booked this hotel Eden...being 3 star.. however can't give even 1 star .. very pathetic service... They are fulling poeple by giving 3 star rating. They don't know the 3 star concept. They don't even provide water bottle they charged. Very pathetic... I will request please don't take Eden team services...
