Cleanliness, Mind blowing services well in budget for a Brand new hotel. Lovely rooms. All neat and clean. Really good for the price paid. Bathrooms with proper hot & cold water. Reception staff was co operative. I think one shall directly book with them and they'll give u nice rate.

We stayed here for a couple of weeks, and the experience was excellent. The staff was very helpful, the cleanliness was great, and the location is also very good. I would definitely recommend it.

The new place is run by two partners and one of them is a misfit in the hospitality business and the other tries to compensate for it to a certain extent. Their competitor just a floor above their location offers a better overall stay experience and deal for the price you pay. Another one in the nearby vicinity has a better location and premises advantage as an established player in the same price bracket. This review is unbiased in its nature after taking multiple factors into consideration, highly recommend to research your available options before making a decision to spend your time and money.

Place was near to my office while rooms were small but good, no restaurant so no breakfast, overall good stay ac was making some noise

I recently visited this property with my parents and it is located at prime location with excellent service and rooms are well maintained, clean, washroom are also clean no insect bugs inside, TV, AC all provided and I had comfortable stay here with my parents.

Brand new hotel. Lovely compact rooms. All neat and tidy. Really good for the price paid. Spic and span bathrooms too with proper hot water. Reception staff was the bummer. Like really least bothered to even reply or listen. Pathetic would be an understatement. I understand new hotel and all but atleast have someone who can reply and help. Book direct with them and they'll give u nice rate.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Privilon Hotel, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations! The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The staff were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable.
