Worst hotel ever... staff was behaving like we were stayed free there... At check-out time their staff boy snatched my mobile and gave 5 star rating to his hotel himself. At night after 10pm they shuted down water even for flush. Towel given was dirty and was stinking. Too many Cockroaches were there moving on floor. Totally waste of money. Worst experience with OYO too.

Hotel manager was drunk. Very very very bad experience Next time I prefer to go anywhere else hotel other than OYO .... No service at all.... While calling no one picked the call... At check-in time they say that there is no room booking with your name ... Lots of confusion arise at check-in time ..I told all of you to not book room there...very bad experience 😓😡🤬😩 3 weeks ago on Google 0 Stars, Disgusting Hotel, Unhygienic, will never use the oyo service again in whole my life, after discussion with customer care they lie with me. showing the location is near from station but in actual 16 km away from station and if we complain to hotel they ask for left the hotel directly.....very bad experience Same to same as it is

Pathetic Oyo...and inspite of multiple emails sent with video no action taken. I have booked room of amount 13600 for 2 nights and I was given room that cost 1500 for 1 night ! This is OYO ...I will never ever use oyo

I recommend to DO NOT BOOK this hotel room. Fully bad experience, this hotel to better than DHARMSHAALA, room booked by online and payment also done receptionist said to me there no booking to your name after 30 min. They say to me I have booking but you have to pay. Finally I cancelled my booking and made another booking to hotel, they will provided a AC room but AC not working properly, bed sheet blanket is not changed I think last 10-15 days and heavy smelling in bed linen, I will used my shawl on bed sheet then I slept well in night, washroom condition is very bad, drainage system jam and wc cover broken and not cleaned properly, washbasin fitting fully dirty.

there was no fan in the room and room was dirty and hotel staff asked me for money if u want fan in room then I gave him Rs.100 cash extra then only he agree to provide me room with fan. he was asking me to pay Rs.400 for room with fan. TV was not working in the room. I want my money refund for this booking. when I ask hin I will contact oyo he denide me to contact then I have to pay extra to get check in.

Don't ever go for this rooms... They charged us 1500/- for A/C room and gave nothing towards it... Firstly they didn'nt provided any key for the room... When we asked for the key the receptionist act like "bharosha rakho hum pr". Secondly there were no handwash at wash basin.... No soap for bath... No gyeser for hot water.... No cleanliness... The hotel was totally a garbage... They even shut water after 10pm that one cannot go to washroom...

hotel and staff is good but ower behavior not good. he not accept online booking hotel if you already payment in online.. he say your name not came my system . come after 1 pm ower misguided..me. staff bhaiya behavior good.
