We had great time here, staff was very cooperative and services of the staff is quick , special thanks to Bhupendra ji and his staff to make our stay comfortable and convenient.

Firstly this hotel is on the 4th floor of a complex. It’s not suitable for the elderly due to lack of easy accessibility. The only easy way in and out of this hotel is the lift. Now let’s come to room situation, it’s not really clean at all. We could see left over comb and dirty restroom, even the bedspread and the towels provided were dirty. The hotel does not even provide any basic amenities to make tea coffee or hot water. The staff seated at the reception is rude and is not flexible with customers. They did not allow our family members to stay with us for a couple of hours to freshen up. There is one more big concern that they were utilizing the empty rooms for themselves to watch tv during work hours.

The service here was unbelievable. The managers Bophiendra Patel and staff Rajnesh Patel over charged me for a room. Then the tv in the main room did not work. They then tried to add additional charges that when I asked for an itemized bill, they said don’t worry about the extra charges. The staff that helps with the room and bags, found my mothers gold & diamond nose ring but refused to return it. The service was great until I returned to the room to check for my moms nose ring she said she left in the room in the bedroom. When I arrived back, the staff boys Suresh and Pawn signaled to the manager about the nose ring with their hand placing it on their nose. Upon asking the manager about the nose ring, they denied any knowledge of founding a nose ring. I looked thru the trash they collected and I looked in the room. I found nothing. My father is in a wheel chair and I thought this place was going to be decent. They left the front doors unattended at night. The service boys fell asleep while I suppose one of them is suppose to be security for the door. I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed in the management and owner of the building for being so careless and having no one to attend the front desk at night or any security at night. They service guys would have gotten 5 stars for their service until my moms diamond and gold nose ring was not returned. I took my dad their because they had an elevator and the room was close to where I wanted to my parents the following day.

Hotel receptionist is very rude. We had one room where we requested to stay 2 hours but not allow to stay. Very rude behaviour. We asked will pay for still did not agree. Need to be considerate everyone situations are not same. We just cannot go and roads.

The rooms were very clean and modern. The staff was also very hospitable and overall our experience was great looking forward to visiting again

Had a very nice stay here, with polite and helpful reception and staff. Gives a comfortable ambience. Rooms are very well lit and clean. Overall a very nice experience.

The place was good for its price. But the kind of people stay in the hotel are the ones who attend weddings and they are not nice! Very inconsiderate and noisy! They were talking loudly until 12:30 am and they woke up early around 7:30 and started the same thing again!
