OYO 5054 Sun-N-Step Club

Just another miserable hotel in Ahmedabad. Filthy and smells. I just don’t get how people can enjoy a place like this. The bed stinks and obviously has not had the sheets cleaned, just body hair wiped off and re made. Very sad and feel sorry for the people who have to work in these places!

Very nyc and comfortable stay here. The area is quite soothing. Staff is helpful but a bit late. Restaurant in the hotel is economical. But the swimming pool is not free of cost. Anybody who wants to use it have to pay 200/- for 45 mins. Apart from that you need to carry your swimming attire along with cap and glasses with you. Welcome kit was not given at time of check in. I had to ask for towels and welcome kit which came after 5 hrs. Overall stay was comfortable quite big rooms but don't expect a very high level service here.

I had visited this Club for one night stay for triple occupancy and believe me that price (i.e. below Rs.2000) it is definitely worth. I was provided with good bed and a big sofa. It was air-condition room and it was working fine. Amenities were quite basic and so was the breakfast. ||||You can stay here if short and economical trip.

The rooms are spacious however washrooms are not clean. When told to change bedsheets, the same bedsheet was used. Room service was quick but the food was pathetic. Specially the parathas were uncooked.

I booked an OYO in this hotel and found the location average.The pool was dirty and empty.The room had bird's poop all over the window and the toilet flush was very weak.Water if opened in flush would not come in the wash basin nor the tap and vice versa. Wifi was there but not working.I am quite a traveler and have traveled to most of the places in INDIA.I was finding this place average like any normal Indian cheap hotel until my last night.I had an early flight next morning.I arrive at my room late at 10:00 pm and instantly keep my shopping at room and rush to the restaurant.I did not even notice who was in the Reception.After having the meal I enter the Hotel and inform them about my checkout that was to be in the next morning,they said that their manager has left and they had to call them it was around 10:30 pm,and that time in a city like Ahmadabad is not at all late at all.I went room and 10 mins later i get a call that manager has arrived.I went down to pay my bills as soon as i reach the reception this manager so rudely screams at me saying that i had to inform him earlier about the checkout and he had to go home and come back for me,and he contentiously gets mad asking me rudely about my room number and other details.He was the rudest manager i had to ever face.He talked to me very badly and ||i argued with him as well. He then had to cut my bills and in that he added a verbal 15% tax for no reason.I mean verbal no written bill was given when asked also.I could not argue more as was tired and had a very early morning flight.||See the reason opening a hotel is to be hospitable and sincere with guest who arrive from far away places.They not only take a bad experience with them,they share and advice as well. This hotel is not at all recommended and i suggest all the humble guests to stay away from people who can ruin your mood for two days.I mean whats the use if you don't have manners to speak to your guests. Bad and sad experience at heights.

Stayed at this hotel for a night. Rooms are very big, the entire place is quite open and spacious. There is a nice big restaurant just next to the hotel, I think its a part of the same property. Few other shops are also nearby. The staff was nice and helpful. It has a swimming pool as well. A budget hotel to plan a stay for your vacation.

Seven year old boy died here in the swimming pool and still the owner and coach does not have regret for it. Careless coach and dirty pool. I highly recommend you for not joining this pool as the pool is dirty and coach does not pay attention to all. My money was wasted but plz don't waste yours.

Worst swimming instructor ever. Never join. Pathetic experience. They did not even teach how to float in 1 month coaching. Asked me to dive into the 11ft zone without even first teaching me how to float.
