Renaissance Ahmedabad Hotel

Overall a great experience. I went with my friends and I really felt that this is a great place for detox and for other health related issues. I would recommend that one should spend time over there with their elderly parents. Therapies were great and mainly the therapists were really professionals and you will feel that you are in safe hands. However there is scope of improvement in room ambience.

I recently stayed at one of the more well-regarded hotels in Ahmedabad. During my stay, a wedding was taking place on the lawn, so the hotel was bustling with guests. Unfortunately, I experienced an issue when a housekeeping staff member entered my room unannounced. I immediately called for an explanation, but after waiting for over half an hour without any response, I went downstairs to speak directly with the General Manager, Mr. Amin.||Mr. Amin was quick to sincerely apologize, handling the matter with exceptional professionalism. He offered me a complimentary dinner as a goodwill gesture, which I politely declined. Understanding my concern, he then graciously provided lounge access for the remainder of my two-night stay, which was a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture.||I am very impressed with Mr. Amin's response and his commitment to ensuring a positive experience for guests. His professionalism is commendable, and I believe his dedication is an asset to the hotel.

I had an excellent experience during my Arbitration meeting at your hotel. The staff were incredibly professional, courteous, and attentive to my needs. SPECIALLY Ruhul and Aanand provided exceptional service, ensuring everything was handled promptly and with a smile. I truly appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms and the warm hospitality. The rooms were spacious, the food spread was great. Location quite convenient. The satff was courteous and helpful. The bathroom had water logging issues. A small consideration to provide facility to dry basic clothes for individual with longer stays is needful

Had gone there with 4 people for a Dinning Experience on wife's birthday, and not as a hotel house guest. While the ambience and the location is good, the buffet on offer for dinner was nothing much to write home about. Un-imaginative mill of the run dining fare, with hardly anything soul stirring to make the eating out experience memorable. The service was cooperative but not proactive in anticipating what the diners want and thus couldn't cater for the same accordingly. The Live Band needs to be replaced with immediate effect to help retain the customers.

The breakfast spread is diverse and delicious, catering to all tastes. The rooms are spacious and offer stunning views of Ahmedabad, with breathtaking sunsets that make evenings truly memorable. Highly recommended for a delightful stay!
