Very unprofessional behaviour.. The receptionist asked all sorts of silly questions and in the end, he was matching surnames in IDs and was asking for coloured photographs in IDs (both are already govt IDs)!! I have travelled throughout India, I have never seen such pathetic and disgusting lowly behaviour!!

The hotel is very well located, just off the main road, in front of Angkleshwar railway station, Bharuch, Surat 24 hours reception, quality of food is very good, behavior of hotel staff is very good.

Rooms had two single beds which was the only issue , a single bed would have been better.

The room was clean but the tv was not recharged and one of our rooms had a mouse in it.

this place is so underrated!! i love this place , so calm , so clean . and its food is also Worthy. food is like always very tasty. Excellent eating experience.. from walking in the door and being greeted by employee, seated and drink order taken, was maybe 5 minutes. Meal was served hot and excellent taste. Server was very friendly and helpful.Great food at a great price! Love the fish plates as well as the salads. Chain restaurant that doesn't feel like a chain! Love this place!Came for lunch with my sister. We loved our Thai-style mains which were amazing with lots of flavour, very impressive for a vegetarian restaurant. But the service was below average and the chips were too terrible to finish. When we arrived at 1.40, we had to wait 20 minutes while they got our table ready. OK, so we didn't have a reservation, but the restaurant was only half full. There was no reason to make us wait at all. We ordered the chips as a side dish and they looked delicious. But, when we tasted them, they were overcooked and swimming in oil so we left most of them I was really excited about visiting Vega, and the mains were just fantastic, but the rest of the experience was really disappointing. Visited as a guest in this restaurant for lunch just today. We were entertaining friends from California, and enjoyed our ocean side table. We chose to stay indoors - to enjoy the air conditioning 😊. I just want to say that, in addition to a nice meal, we had a delightful waitress, Jackie. She had just the right balance of friendliness and efficiency. She recognized that we wanted time to visit and did not rush us. She and other staff members made certain that we had everything we needed. Kudos!

It was my family tour of 5 adults and I have stayed in the hotel for 2 nights. The hotel has sufficient parking space and it is near to the railway station. The hotel is very clean and the food quality is good. All my requests were met without any follow-up. Staff is very cooperative and polite. It has an excellent quality of wifi in the room.
